Hi ,
My guliyoo had turned crispy on the day when as I had kept in air tight container.
But when now checked , it’s become very soft. Please advice how can I fix it 🙏

Hi dear, any fried item should be packed only after they are completely cool. Now you can try to re-fry them in hot oil (high flame) for 2 minutes only.. immediately remove and drain off the oil. Fry in batchvise.. Thank you for trying the recipes..
