thsi is actually a south indian delicacy called achu murrukku in tamil and has a bunch of other terms in the whole of south india. would have been nice if you called it something that isn’t “rose cookies” lol
Just tried out thank you for this simple recipe.. but towards the end some batter gets left over the mould doesn't hold it any more. How do I make use of it ?
I want to know that towards the end about 10 to 15% of the batter is left and we cannot get it to stick so what should be done at that time? How to manage to use the entire batter without wasting any?
At the end how do you get batter to stick to the form so that I can fry it or do you have to throw away the remaining batter?Because nothing is said about the remaining batter towards the end
Hi Yvette! You could use the remainder of the batter to form some flat pancakes, that's how I make sure I'm not wasting any drop :) Have a blessed Christmas season ✨
