He didn't say Higgins would play in the slot, he said he should see more than 19% usage in the slot. Sal also said Chase would most likely see majority of slot routes, and in other videos he has explained how Chase will fill that role.

Personally, I would go Bijan. You start with 2 top 5 RB’s and immediately have an advantage over any opponent at those two positions. You can get quality WR’s later in the draft. Maybe not top 10, but guys like kirk, johnson, and cooper. All of which can easily finish top 20

Depending on game flow I can rely on London 8 catches, 80 yards, 1td every game. 24 points. London can get vertical like Randy Moss and take that ball too
