ordered slainte 50000mah 22W power bank but got wrong product...(3)

I ordered 50000mah 22W slainte power bank from flipkart but got slainte power bank with 15w charging with nothing mention as 50000mah...
not even the capacity of power bank was mention it's only the product with scratches on it.. it's like 2nd hand wrong product given to me..
atleast I have done that delivery time checking option by online payment.. due to which the delivery guy take back my product at the time of delivery... told me "I'm taking back your product bcz it's defective and wrong product I will submit it in the office... today ... u will get notification about it at 4pm today u will be refunded .... and don't delete the videos of unboxing I have done bcz it will be helpful later ... delivery guy was generous and a good guy...
i hope I will be refunded.. and guys pls don't buy product from unverified seller like slainte, callmate, etc.. sellers...
