The education system is once again a leading indicator that our philosophy of trying to please everyone in the system being the student, the education department and the teacher as well as the school management and government department and the school governing body being the parents all at the same time whilst trying to remedy the last remnants of the legacy of apartheid is failing.
The education system entropy increase must be focussed on specifically and entirely.
The governance must suspend all other goals and decide why who what and when it will take to fix the discispline issue will be

    The solution is simple
Decide on a single methodology whatever it may be
Preferably islamic of course and only follow that one methodology in all governanvce affairs but our current system being based on trying to please every governance philosophy is failing to yield positive progressive results

Salaries should have 4 inputs classically
1 time it takes to gain the competency
2 the amount of people in the populace who have the competency
3 the amount of people in the populace prepared to do the competency
4 the stress or risk involved
Tbe south african employment remuneration model defies those inputs specifically in goverment remuneration as the government ethos is job creation more than the primary role lf governance.
This is because the country is neo capitalst socialist communist.
And becuase these terms are all mutually exclusive it leaves us in the space we are in.
Government and bussiness paying vastly different salaries causing the gross disparity we see today

What is more important is the distribution of the salaries.
We.see the tiny upper 10 percent earning massive salaries and pulling the average up with the bulk of the people at the lower end of the pyramid earning much less than the average.
The problem is inflation dragging more and more people down
