Might add more fx here and there.

This is now one of my favorite form changes. I always thought it made sense for Riku and Sora to at least know how to surf given their island heritage and skills on a skateboard

I wish they had some Disney worlds with guardians as companions. Imagine having Riku and Kairi on the Pirates of the Caribbean world and some more serious cutscenes with it reminding them of their island, mentioning the ship being better than their raft. Could’ve had some emotional ones in relation to them regretting trying to leave or smth.

Yea square fumbled so many opportunities. I think Nomura was tired of the Xehanort saga and move on
Yeah we all know KH3 is a huge pot full of missed opportunities unfortunately :/

I'm glad to see something so unique and special done in the modding community. Most move set mods are done in such a crazy over the top fashion that it ruins the game on every scale, but yours is clean and extremely professional.

There truly is nothing like this, Riku being my favorite character just makes me so happy he's getting so much attention and always super impressed with what you do. Can't wait to see more. 🖤

I’m glad cause this is over nano arms and that finisher is very limited in regards of what you can do with it 😅
You did it. You actually made Wavesurfer good. I loved the idea of a water-based command style (and the idea of the water element in KH in general), but Wavesurfer in KH3D was just clunky and cumbersome, and just awkward to use. It's easily the worst Link Style in KH3D. It makes sense this was your last one, because it was probably the hardest one to do, and it was the one I was most curious about. You managed to pull it off, and make it look cool.

Bruhhh Wave Surfer was the best style in DDD. Stack Spirit Roar and Combo Assist with it and you get the most DPS in the entire game.
@@reddodeado301 I haven't played DDD in a long time, and I haven't played the one on the collections yet, so you can take my opinions with a grain of salt. I just remember thinking it wasn't fun to use because of the clunky animations for the combos and the weird hitboxes. That's enough for me to call it my least favorite Link Style.

Yes the animations of the combos are all taken straight from DDD :) they’re the exact same . I only sometimes increased how much Riku moves forward whenever I required a move to do that

Maaaan this looks bad ass!! I specifically got KH3 on PC just so that i can play with the Project Equinox mod cuz Riku is my all time favorite character. Playing as him just feels amazing. Is there anywhere i can donate money to you for this? I know you put a lot of work and time into it and i feel like you should be compensated for it! 😁

@@rubenmorales7250 you know, he might look OP and some parts defintiely are much stronger than the original sora counterpart but I do my best to balance it aswell. That goes for both damage AND revenge values :)
@@therecusant well you've done a fantastic job with it! I've already found a way to do the Data Xion battle with no damage taken with Riku and it feels amazing every time i do that fight. Seeing all the stuff coming in V2.5 looks like it's gonna make it even more fun! Hoping it releases soon but im eagerly waiting 😁

This one is super cool well done guys, I believe this is the last phone change I might be wrong though otherwise a fantastic job and Kudo is to everyone involved 💚.
Used to be bigger and more like a swordspear but it just didn’t look right with the combo so I made it a bit smaller 😅
@@therecusant are the DDD limits/form changes something of a hard limits you guys have set for yourselves? Or if an idea is light so much Ward you still try and find a way to incorporate it? Because then the combo may not work I want sword type weapon sounds really cool.

@@Jamo3K We have talked about what we could do now that Riku's KH3D style changes are pretty much done. There are a few Keyblades with forms that haven't been touched, and we might have some ideas of what we could do... but execution-wise, that's kinda up in the air. - Zay

Will this have guardian form block properties like a hold block? I love the water magic effects in this game btw, super hyped for this one.
It’s not possible to put the hold block on other forms for now 🙂
