Actually I just realized a major flaw. Anakin CAN'T make his lightsaber red. Red lightsabers are artificially made, meaning that he can't just put the crystal in his old lightsaber, it wouldn't't be able to handle it.
my proposed "infinity" story from ROTS begins in this point, Vader kills Obi-Wan, the Emperor arrives but Vader kills him, so the galaxy belongs to him, after that he tries to save Padme, but he lose her (except the twins), going more deeply to the dark side. Qui-Gon alerts Yoda from this and for some reason he rescue Leia, Luke is retained and trained by his own father, so both rule the galaxy. making Leia "a new hope" for the galaxy

Laser - is generated from nanobattery [nb] in the hendle, also laser pushes the condis crystal [wiki it] creating blade. force shield - is generated from electromagnet and holds laser and crystal together. mini komputer - holds together 'nb', electromagnet and sheld, and creates 3 meter long stable saber blade.
Vader actually wondered the halls of the Death Star for 2 hours asking every storm trooper "Excuse me, have you seen a 70 ish yr old man running around the Death Star naked?"
OH MY GOD! you spent all day remaking a lightsaber with a different colored bulb, that looks exactly like the ORIGINAL!!! Instead of buying Darth Vader's saber that looks almost exactly like that one. WOAH!!!
The sound board is wrong, it should have the PSSSHHHHHH of a Synthetic crystal on start up, like Dooku, or Sidious's sabers. But I really like the color changes.

@triggerhappymoron what he meant by that is if he killed obi-wan, and didnt get burnt by the lava, and keeping his original lightsaber, because at the end of episode 3 obi-wan takes Anakins lightsaber, and gives it to Luke in episode 4 :P
@mastervada Actually Anakin died the moment he turned to the darkside. he was already Darth Vader when he fought Obi-Wan on Mustafar. That's what was wrong with Episode III Lucas made him seem to Anakin like on Mustafar from the Blue Saber to him answering to Anakin tomis use of the sith eyes (which I think they should have been permanent)
you need to make the laser reflect off of something for example smoke. But then the question is how would u contain the smoke? Well you might be able to fuse some form of metal into it but burning that metal, and then containing that with a magnetic field. Now that would be something worth watching

I do realize this video is nearly ready to be a senior citizen, but here I am anyway. The Anakin FX saber at the time this was posted was probably in the realm of 200-250$ or so? And the CF 4.1 was likely of a comparable price to the current CF, roughly 120€ which equates to 136$. So, these alone total 340-390$, without having done a single thing to it.... Would it not have been far simpler to get an Anakin saber from one of the various companies online, which would have come with all the electronics and sounds already done, and then just disassemble it to paint the desired pieces?

i have the revenge of the sith lightsaber of anakin skywalker/darth vader that has color changing blade.it's from blue to red and was exited to open when it got to my house and i liked it.
he would have built a new saber anyway, imo cause the blue one was built by Anakin Skywalker, not vader, and he talks like he is a totally different person then Anakin, just my opinion, but cool idea, I have anakins fx saber and love the hilt, very comfortable grip
If Anakin had been the victor at Mustafar, the galaxy in my opinion would have been a far darker place. Vader would not have been far more powerful per se, but he would have had the force lightning ability without the loss of his other biological hand. Canon Vader was strong yes, but in my opinion not half the saber duelist he was before being maimed. Relying instead more on force abilites and the brute force offered by his mechanical limbs and strength boosting bio-suit.
Very impressive. I would like for mine to stay on. It lasts only for 30 seconds and I have to turn it back on again unless I keep tapping it to stay on. Mine turns red or blue. I have a button that allows me to switch colors.

Anakin would have changed the style of the hilt even if he didn't loose the saber... he never liked this one, if you look at vaders from Ep. 4 and Anikins from Ep. 2 they are almost EXACTLY alike... he would have never mod'd it. even if he did the paint would have stayed the same he would have just put it a synthetic chrystal. Great work on the saber though! I like it.

@DynamicVizionz The blade? They do, ever since Hasbro took up the Job after Master Replicas died, they started making Sabers with removable blades..but only a select few as of now.
Aniken did not survive Mustafaar, he died when he killed the innocent and from that Darth Vader was born. Only through Vader's Death did Aniken come back to life.

My ONLY issue is that this saber has the "Jedi" ignition sound effect - Sith sabers have a sharper and harsher ignition sound.
