Course: In Sconce and Devon park
200m initial straight, then 3 anticlockwise laps of a loop.
Each lap starts on a tarmac path leading down to the nature reserve.
As you head back up, the path is trail and bark path.
Once at the top of the hill the course returns to tarmac paths.
as you go around the football pitches there is a short section of bark.
Afer the third lap go back along the intial straight to the finish.
