TCTT didn't get a new vocalist, this new album they're releasing has vocals from before Keaton passed. In regards to this music video, its interesting cause the footage they used of Noah/BO was the cover of Sympathy by TCTT that BO was playing on tour.

The song Bad Omens covered on their concrete jungle tour was “sympathy” and listening to it after Keatons death makes the lyrics hit that much harder

It's gut-wrenching to hear these final songs that Keaton wrote and to know just how sick he was. His voice evokes emotion like no one else's for me. I definitely recommend listening to the TCTT album Haven't Been Myself. It was written after Keaton's 3 year old sister passed away suddenly. The song Eiley makes me cry every time, and even more so after Keaton joined her a few years later. And Sympathy, the song Bad Omens did as a tribute to Keaton on their first headliner tour in late 2022, is also from that album. It was more of a duet than a cover. They had an extra mic on stage to represent Keaton and it was a blend of Keaton's vocals from the studio track and Noah's live vocals. The footage in this video was from when the surviving members of TCTT joined Bad Omens on stage for the Sympathy tribute. Nerve Endings is also a great album, although not quite as raw as Haven't Been Myself, IMO.

TCTT are one of those ultimate ‘what could have been’ bands. Such a genuinely good guy when I got to see them live a few times. Gone too soon. RIP Keaton.
For context, the band is doing something similar to what LP are doing w/r to Chester, releasing previously unheard music recorded w/ Keaton, and assumingly will be done after that (as opposed to something like WCAR who have kept going w/ just Dave on vocals)

This song and Control are probably my two favorite songs off their album. Every song was older songs that they had recorded before Keaton had passed and didn't make it to the albums. The band got other artists/bands to add their pieces to the album as an homage to Keaton. The band is planning on discontinuing the project and have no intentions of moving forward with a new vocalist.

Eiley by TCTT is something you 100% should react to. It is even more heart wrenching than this.
Basically Noah and Keaton were best friends; they met on tour and just clicked. Noah has Keaton's name tattooed on his hands.

@@oarch4ng3lo it breaks me everytime, too. I would love to see more reactions to Eiley because it's such an emotionally heavy masterpiece.

I think they focused on Keaton when Noah sang because I’m pretty sure it’s Noah talking to Keaton now that he’s passed away. They were good friends, Noah said when he had the remaining members of TCTT join them in one of their cover performances of Sympathy that Keaton was actually one of his best friends and one of his biggest inspirations when it comes to how he sings.

keaton was one of noah's best friends. Noah covered sympathy by TCTT ( bad omens and TCTT performed together on stage) as a tribute to keaton and a while back noah had posted a photo with a part of this song way before we knew about the album TCTT now has released. Novocaine has had me crying every day since it came out. I can't even imagine the pain TCTT and noah and everyone close to keaton have gone through. This last album, a tribute to keaton will carry on his legacy and his memory

Keaton taught Noah how to do soft/higher vocals. Great tribute to him and playing sympathy live on shows to shed light on TCTT for mentoring them back in the day. Check Eiley if u want emotional by TCTT read back story and have crying tissues ready though

TCTT were a really great band and I used to really listen to them years ago, very heavy lyrically. Hadn't listened to them in a long while and had no idea the vocalist had passed away.

Keaton was loved by many. The Word Alive have a song K.P dedicated to Keaton as well ( amazing song and so deep )and Telle also features on a song on the EP just released.

If you watch interviews with noah, it's more the other way round in terms of influence 😊. Him and keaton were best friends and noah learnt a lot from keaton.

Man, I wish I could remember which song TCTT shot that video for.
It wasn't for Novocaine, I do remember reading that. The band releasing this EP (8 songs, so call it a mini-album) in full was the most amazing tribute to his memory ❤️

Honestly everyone, we should stream the entire back catalog and get multiple songs on there because that’s where they belong! ❤️ And start with, “Casket.” It’s experimental but it’s beautiful. There is not one bad song in their catalog. “Eiley” is heartbreaking. Hope you love them Johnny, tell us what you think once you dive in!

I noticed when I watched The Gentleman all the reflections in glass, glasses, mirrors etc and it drove me NUTS! Turns out it was on purpose. Yeah well done, but terrible for ASD folk.
