I've been trying to connect since lockdown. I was sober, meditating daily, vegan, yoga all of it. Every time I tried though I came to somw queezy place that didn’t feel very welcoming... is my higher self a thug?! I stopped trying now since I had a baby... too little sleep to remember anything 😂❤
In the years I've been meditating, I can never "feel" my charkas. I can purposefully imagine them, but it isn't an organic experience. I had an awakening a year and a half ago, but yet, still no chakra action lol. But I am going to try this out right now. Thank you 😊

I feel called to take a piece of paper for automatic writing and get her message. The moment that I start to write, the stomachache disappear. I feel amazed by what was written but am still skeptical ... I'll try your method next time and practice.
When those animals suffer in thier life and death consuming them will often attach that energy to you and keep your vibration from raising as high as it could. Ask your Higher Self what it thinks? Said with no judgement 💗
I agree... I don't believe meat is a problem for me. I also eat most of my meat from a local farm, and not the supermarket. Which helps me feel good about it.

The higher self is genderless in a sense that they have both masculine and feminine energies inside. However, mine always shows up as female. That being said, she can choose to flip at any time. When you meet your higher self, it’s usually easy to tell how they choose to show up.
I imagine it does. Channeling is about raising the vibration, being channeled is about lowering them to meet someone in the middle. But it is also a similar exercise - moving up or moving down is still moving along a vertical line.
Every time I watch her videos I have to google at least 1 or 2 words lol but that makes me wanna keep watching
