Happy to share a slice of home with you all. Also happy to report that today I landed back in Thailand, and I will shortly head up to Chiang Rai and reunite with Zelda and attempt plan B outlined in this video ♥️
I don’t know if it is just me Paddy but I actually really like the way you document real life situations and show us that even the best laid out plans can come unstuck in an instant and you have to just be resourceful not disappointed because if you look hard enough you will discover that there are always different paths to reach your desired destination and as you yourself have mentioned many times that sometimes the journey is better than the final destination. Thank you for opening my eyes to the many stunning places I cannot visit these days due to my disability, although restrictions are not an issue to me these days because I always find a way eventually to overcome issues and it is all about proactively keeping positive. Keep doing exactly what you are doing as it is really entertaining and it has been so easy to engage and feel invested in all your good times and bad, I certainly appreciate all your hard work. Take care Richard 😊
Hey, mate I can tell that you're really refreshed by this trip back home, it looks like that you really needed it. I can tell you going to make some amazing content in the coming month.
This was great Paddy, so lovely of you to share your family and background but what I loved most was how much you missed Thailand and the life you have created there. 🇹🇭♥️🙏
What a night out for you at St James Park Paddy. The biggest win they've had since before you last went there I would imagine, a cracking effort!! Good for you to see Miss P and family. A well deserved and necessary break for you. A bit of a refresher. Thanks for sharing 🤩
As a niece that had an uncle that traveled.... visit your niece often! You will open her eyes to so many things just because you are the uncle that lives somewhere else & travels.
I agree, I had an uncle who lived and worked in Singapore in the 1960s, he brought me such exotic gifts like Chinese style satin pjammas, stationary that was different to any of my friends, I especially remember a pencil sharpener which was a beautiful painted tiger's head and a Chinese doll that had a face made of china. It began my fascination with all things Asian and later to exploring South East Asia
Disk brake not drum brake. Your old bike had a drum at the rear your new bike has a hydraulically operated disk. The front brake has ABS which will stop you locking up the wheel and skidding
Paddy - Although I love Thailand and SE Asia, this vlog was a breath of fresh air! I have never seen you in the UK nor Europe. I loved seeing you reunite with Thys and Damian, and also see a little of your family and you in your homeland. This was different than the norm (which I do enjoy very much) but I loved it! Thank you for sharing! 😎👍🇬🇧🇫🇷🌍
Thanks Paddy for giving us a glimpse into your family life. South Wales does look spectacular!! Looking forward to the next instalment of Next Level Adventures
Sorry to hear you have problems crossing to Laos, absolutely delighted to see you enjoying your quality time with your dear family, and with Ms. Pe. Nice Video and love it.
Oh what a lovely ‘delay’ and the universe saying we got what you NEED, and taking good care of you. Precious niece, beautiful sister lovely family, happy you took time for your gran. Paris with Miss P wow, Belgium to see your best buds. Wales is spectacular, but then so is most your island! Happy joyfilled safer travels Paddy! Fabulous vid always enjoy your talking and in depth sharing. Hopefully get my finances goin to contribute in some form or fashion since I’ve been here awhile-fingers crossed! Thanks as always🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this special video brother! I really enjoyed seeing all the beauty or your home and of Thailand! I'm sure it was good being with your fam again. Enjoy them while you can! No need to apologize for ANYTHING!
How refreshing to see something other then Thailand! Nothing wrong with Thailand but seeing more of her home country would be great. So good that you got to spend time with your family. Love your videos.
Interesting change of regulations... I crossed over in 2008 back when smart phones and GPS weren't even mainstream. I literally just dropped by the border and then decided to pop in for a lookie. Ended up doing the 2 day boat ride with my 125 KSR on the boat, went up to LPB, went up the falls, came back down to VV and crossed back into Thailand, using a paper map and pocket compass.
Hi Paddy nice episode, I like how you resolve this episode and make watchers envolved your situation. Bravo Thanks for show a little bit your country , sometimes we rediscover our hometown watching with different eyes. Whatever you aren’t the same that you was, Asia bring you many experiences, perspective of life and happiness, build yourself as you are, full of plenty. You are half thai already. Cheers ขวัญ
Paddy, in just a matter of a year or so, you have become a master story teller. I loved this video so much. One of the reason I love it so much is that I am thinking about choosing an English town to work remote from next summer, and Newcastle is actually at the top of my list. After attending the Open Golf Championship last summer in St. Andrews, my train from Edinburgh to London stopped in Newcastle for all of 10 minutes, but I was so intrigued by what I saw out the window of the train. The town looked magical ! I would love to see more videos from your stay before you go back to Thailand. And Paddy, never ever apologize for any of your videos. They are, to borrow an old expression, "Must-See TV" ! 🙂
Stop apologising 😂 I have watched most of your content and I ❤❤❤ Thailand 🇹🇭 but this is one of my favourite videos from you …. Looking forward to the next 😊 xx
PADDY!! Seeing these places I have never been to before is for me "next level" I love it. Don't make it sound so mundane and average because for those of us who have not been there it is fantastic to watch and see all these new places. Keep up the great work. All the best to you from San Diego, California.
Another fantastic video Paddy. It was really good to see your personal side. That makes for a great connection between the video maker and the audience. I have so much more to compliment you on with your videos and I will in due time. But what I will say is that if the Discovery Channel was as good as it used to be your show would be one of the best Productions they would have on there.
You have been a busy jet set boy Paddy. Love the kitty cafe. Very happy you got to travel with Miss p and see the mates in the UK! Some very beautiful landscapes. Looking forward Level 3 and new videos back in Asia.
This was a cozy lil video. Thanks for showing us bits of your personal life. Won't lie, it would be cool to see you do Next Level Adventures in places like Europe and Africa lol. But until then, excited for more Asia adventures!
Thanks for sharing, lovely to hear the latest, loved seeing South Wales, was super surprised how beautiful the three peaks are, and of course your niece, I always love seeing the Toon and the surrounding areas, my Ms is from there too, or should I say Toon. Great result against The bees, 5-1, love to Zelda, and really looking forward to the next level adventure. 👍
Hey Paddy, you keep mentioning "drum" brakes. You should be made aware you have disc brakes front and rear on Zelda. You don't have drum brakes at all. The front disc brakes may have an ABS system to prevent lockup (this is just a feature of a normal disc brake system on some vehicles), but both your front and rear are still referred to as "disc brakes", or simply just brakes, because drum brakes are rarely used on anything anymore. Love the videos. Cheers!
I'm glad you went back home to visit family and good friends, looking forward to you visiting Laos and Cambodia, hopefully you Tyce and Lina deliver another season of the budgeters, its been long overdue,.
I enjoyed this very much. Thank you for bringing us along and keeping us up to date. Some other RUclipsrs just leave their channel idle and you don't know what has happened. I live in Thailand and love to see where you go. Today we leave for Vietnam to trace your steps through Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh.
Hi Paddy and miss P.👍🙂.Sometimes obstacles open new doors. Seeing your family again was one, a trip to Paris and Brussels two others! I'm sure you've rejuvenated yourself well for the next adventures! Thank you for sharing with us a piece of your family intimacy. Good luck in Asia now!👍
Thanks for another great video Paddy; love your genuineness and how you bring us along with your travels, irrespective of where you go (I visited that cat cafe several years ago, they all ignored me!). Great to finally get a glimpse of Miss P (Hello), and a snapshot of your family back home. Have to agree with you that Wales is stunning, then I live here so slightly biased I guess... Really looking forward to next level. Onward and upwards
I like this type of vlog. A bucket list trip for me would be from Bangkok to Loas to Vietnam to Cambodia and back to Bangkok. I am excited to see this still might be an option.
This was a great video! Thanks for sharing. Now I want to go to England; never had the desire before this video... I still have to explore more of Thailand too; retired in this beautiful country. 😊
Wow! That is some bad flooding! Guess stay away from areas with heavy rain. Just as well you went back home after 5 years. The reunion must have been amazing. Paris would be a dream. Thanks for sharing about your family and where you are from. Beautiful countryside in England and Wales. Enjoy all of your videos. Take care and will watch for your next adventure.🤗
Lovely Paddy. In many ways I think it probably did you good to see somewhere else. Wales is beautiful. We always had holidays there most years when we were kids.
I am in Laos now, planning to cross over the friendship bridge from Vientiane to Nong Khai later today. Vientiane has been very quiet in the tourist area near the river, many restaurants and bakeries look as though they have been closed since the beginning of Covid. Entered Laos at the friendship bridge at Chiang Khong/ Huay Xai 12 days ago, not a drop of rain in 12 days, beautiful sunny weather. Can't wait to see where you go and what you get up to in this beautiful country
Welcome home paddy I’ve been back and forth to Thailand since 2008 And when i get back to wales I’m reminded of it’s beauty, i love Thailand for the weather lifestyle and food and plan to he back in Thailand for at least a couple of months next year 😅
G'day Paddy loved the video, my mum and her family also came from Newcastle great to see a little slice of the Tyne. I think that you also got to visit the Gower Peninsular, I think, another beautiful part of the world. I would have loved to have been at the game to see the Magpies score those 5 goals. Keep up the good work.
It's good to reconnect with the homeland and family. Wish I had known you were in The Toon I would have stood you a pint or two. Looking forward to the next leg of your journeys.
Hey Paddy. Just back in Bangkok after visiting Chiang Mai, we visited Khao soy mae sai which was delicious but the highlight was elely cafe, wow what a place, we didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much for the recommendations.

Both of my parents are from Newcastle and live there too. Northumberland coast is incredible! My son was also born up there, in Hexham - it's a lovely part of the world.
"great to see my dad,the 1st time in 5YEARS". You said it so flippantly..how can you not see family for 5 years..."good to see my sister's child"!! you mean your niece...WOW..This RUclips has really taken over your life young man..Always remember family are everything, adventures are great but maybe 5 years is a little too long between seeing family..👍
The best bit about visiting the UK is taking your Thai partner with you. Bow loved visiting their and it is great to visit home and seeing it though her eyes.
I actually really enjoyed this episode! So many different impressions. Makes me wanna travel even more! England is high up on the bucket list, but which country isn‘t 😅😉
Hi Paddy, can't wait for you to get to Laos. We loved our time there and you will too. Great Honda sorted your brakes for free (btw the rear brake is disc not drum 😁). Keep up the good work.
I love it that you went to my country Belgium....i am from the Flemmisch part bordering Holland... you must have like the Belgian beers... real beer... the best in the world.
Nice and upbeat Paddy despite the unknowns, Pro you are and we love ya', brah. Enjoyed this vlog as usual, nice seeing family and friends. Looking forward to more. Keep us posted and stay safe, brother.
looking forward for you're trip to Laos. my girlfriend is thai but in her village they speak the Laos language. in December we go to Thailand again and want to take a trip to laos to see the country of her thai/laos language is from.
Happy to share a slice of home with you all. Also happy to report that today I landed back in Thailand, and I will shortly head up to Chiang Rai and reunite with Zelda and attempt plan B outlined in this video ♥️
B for Bournemouth? 🤔
Great video Paddy, you must get Miss P to take you to Doi Tung close to Chiang Rai, it will take your breath away. Stay safe.
cross the border as a normal guy and rent bike in laos and you should cross at nong khai or ubonratchathani
I'm a follower of your channel but you got to stop with the clickbait s***
Patty, when you're in Laos check out Luang Prabang and
of course Vientiane as well.

Sorry to hear you have problems crossing to Laos, absolutely delighted to see you enjoying your quality time with your dear family, and with Ms. Pe. Nice Video and love it.
Paddy,The peak you see from Phyao Lake is called Doi Nuak ดอยหนอก not Doi Nok ดอยนก . In Thai it means "hump" not a "bird".

You were near me, I'm Windsor.
Love seeing a fellow Geordie at the Cathedral on the hill 🖤🤍🖤
If you could any match to go to, the 1 year anniversary of the takeover was it, and a 5-1 drumming. Love it.
Welcome home paddy, you can't beat crossing the Tyne bridge to know you are home. Howay the lads
Thanks for another great video Paddy; love your genuineness and how you bring us along with your travels, irrespective of where you go (I visited that cat cafe several years ago, they all ignored me!). Don't worry about it. You are real and that's what's important. Love your adventures.
Hi Paddy, In Ireland ,That gate 13 min in, is called a" kissing gate" its more to stop bikes on walking trails
One of the best episodes! So fun to see where you’re from🫰🏼🌸🥳 can’t wait for Laos 🇱🇦
Lovely Paddy. In many ways I think it probably did you good to see somewhere else. Wales is beautiful. We always had holidays there most years when we were kids.
Nice video. I like it just as much as the next level adventure ones. Glad you got to recharge with family

Hey Paddy.
Just back in Bangkok after visiting Chiang Mai, we visited Khao soy mae sai which was delicious but the highlight was elely cafe, wow what a place, we didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much for the recommendations.
8:59 - Looks like a good route across Thailand.
Great video!
Nice one Paddy - to see the landscape and coastline 🙌🏼🐈🐈⬛😄😇
Hi Paddy, I have trail 125 here in the states. I've read a few complaints about the brake squeal like you have. Consensus that it's the pad material, cleaning will help but it will come back. Common upgrade is same as the GROMs to a different pad. One Company recommended is EBC part number is FA343HHH for the rear & FA375HH for the front. I know they've took care of you and fixed Zelda up but if it keeps happening pad swap is an easy fix for any mechanic.
lookin
forward to the next leg of your tours
Some things don't go the way expected but you worked out a good situation and saw your family. Brilliant!
Both of my parents are from Newcastle and live there too. Northumberland coast is incredible! My son was also born up there, in Hexham - it's a lovely part of the world.
Welcome back. Sounds like you spent some valuable time reconnecting with your roots. Always important.
it really was an amazing time
*112K Congratulations* Happy Friday and Weekend.
