Those views … Wow truly Beautiful. Your drone shots are next level !! I just absolutely love those mountains so much beauty in Thailand that we all just want to be on top of all those peaks and look at the beautiful scenery. Great work mate as always. ❤
Thanks again for an amazing episode. Great that you are showing us your commitment to being more healthy while showing us the beauty of Thailand... Now I need to start working out too while it's cooler in Thailand.
Amazing! You must have felt great hanging onto that flag and looking over the vista. What a spectacular view. You are doing something very special Paddy, you are giving those of us who are not able to - for various reasons travel to this utterly beautiful landscape - the chance to see it through your camera. It is like looking at a masterpiece painting or sculpture. Cheers.
I actually think it is interesting to see the normal things of life - like laundry. It both makes us aware of how similar we are to one another and also sometimes how different. I love how colorful the Thai products are - and even their washers and dryers! To show a laundromat in the US you would see how boring and monochrome everything is... Highly impressed on the 5K under 30 minutes! Keep up the good work! 😁
Hey paddy, really enjoyed this video. I have been watching you from the start and love your relaxed friendly nature! Can't wait to explore Thailand again and thanks to you my bucket list is getting extremely long! Cheers from NZ

I have been watching the weather in Koh Samui on the webcams put up by "The Real Samui". It's amazing watching Crystal Bay beach getting smashed by waves. Their webcams are what lead me to your channel Paddy :) I hope they get some clear weather in Phucket soon!! Watching from Port Huron Michigan USA.

Hiya Paddy, laundry day, gotta be done. Can't be driving around commando. Lol. Glad that lady was ok. Beautiful drone footage. And gorgeous part of Thailand. That is so cheap for the night. The views are insane. Gorgeous. You are lucky to escape the bad weather. Lovely little waterfalls. Beautiful place to cool off. Great place to run. Well done on smashing your time. Gin and tonic have fewer calories. The cost of living is crazy right now. Great hike, Paddy. Respect, to all the camera angles. It did look hard, and you are filming. Amazing views from the top. You got balls. My legs felt weak looking at the footage. Spikey butt mountain. Lol. Great footage. Perfect music. Have a wonderful weekend.
LOL so funny when you realize it is time to do laundry! Glad you are back showing how beautiful Thailand is. I am always amazed. I followed your original tour of the country and still want to see more. You are some brave going to the very edge of some high places. The view is awesome though. Thank you. Cheers!🤗

Hey paddy Nice videos as always. I just want to give you a tip about your weightloss as im an experience personal trainer, there are so much misinformation about carbs out there rice, bread, noodle carbs are not bad for you, if you cut your carbs your weightloss journey Wont be sustainable you Wont be able to sustain that diet for long time and weight loss is not a 4 weeks or 3 month thing so you have to have a sustainable plan. Its really easier than you think, eat 3 normal meals as they come in Thailand, like phad krapaow with Chicken noodle soup this 3 meals Wont even Come up to 1800 calories all you have to do to lose weight is to restrict your calories not cut all your carbs. For example 1g of protein is 4 calories 1g of carbs is 4 calories. CARBS are not your enemy. When you cut curbs you Will feel very low irritated it also create alot of craving.
Hi Paddy. Ever wanted to try some thing like … OMAD ? (OMMAD is my own version) I took that and modified it into something that fit my lifestyle, and lost weight down to my BMI and stayed. Yes, like you said… it’s the diet that’s will make the difference. I used to weigh 213 lbs. now I’m at 185 lbs. I’m happily on it for almost two years. Now I do like myself more than before. Here’s a quick explanation. I eat 3 times a day like most people, but I have one ‘main meal’ (MM) in the middle of the day. *My breakfast is something in form of oatmeal soup with veggies and little of meat. *My lunch is my “main meal” (MM) I’d eat anything I want with no restrictions, go crazy. *My dinner is salad, or soup. Of course, for breakfast and dinner try to avoid the five evils. (Pasta, rice, potato, bread, and sugar). Also, this new life style requires a tremendous amount of will power, self discipline, and strong determination. Good luck. Kato Ps.
