As an ex crew and dispatcher and now a mother, I have lots of respect for these women. This is not easy at all. Each of these roles on their own are extremely demanding and tiring, so doing both is really outstanding. Very impressive!

I recently returned from Dubai. My expectations were met with so much difference than what I imagined. I fell in love with Dubai and wish I could live there. I felt so safe and it was so clean. No crime. So posh and modern. The innovation is by far better than any other country. No homelessness. No hunger. No poverty. I pray I can go back and visit again in the near future.
I am so glad they have air hostess who are mother's.. usually they make them serve the ground work.. and not usually fly... But this is amazing.. Plz do keep up the dignity of womanhood and motherhood high this way Emirates 💞
Offcourse they have cabin crew who all are mothers as well....They work on ground only during the pregnancy period although in most cases women's go for full maternity leave which is also paid 🌚 if you look at the experienced/senior crew members most of them are married and they are also having childrens

Yes is harder if all society think is the mother jobs not the fathers job too.
This is so inspirational to see mothers still employed and breaking stereotypes in the flying world.
I am so happy, I am not working anymore when I become a Mummy. My mummy worked 24/7 when needed most.
