Thimphu central area (happy for being a quite small city with only one commercial avenue), 2017 (9,800). 4) I can not read the sign and I do not recognise that TV tower in the background. It looks like Germany and also the girls look Germanic, but I am going in completely blind. Koln-Bonn area, 1979 (5,540). 5) There never was a referendum in Wales, right? Who is Mae Cymru? I got the locations well at the start, recognizing the prince of Bhutan, but then I went for the TV tower near Vilnius for the 4th and then Cardiff rather than Newport.
@@Baiko I identified it quite quickly as it was a royal portrait (republics do not make such family portraits) and the monarchies in Central Asia are Thailand and Bhutan. Ruling out Thailand, it had to be Bhutan.

I say this, but now that I actually looked it up, he's the king of Bhutan, not the prince.
