Nice!
For a certain reason Nashville will not build any building that reaches higher than the antennas of the Bat building. I lived there back in the late 90's they always compared Nashville to Austin so I guess Austin has Nashville beat when it comes to reaching for the skies now. I guess small boring buildings are better than no buildings.
1010 Church is under construction now. 60 stories and 750 ft. It will beat the Bat by over 100 ft
The height of buildings in downtown Nashville is limited by code and the FAA has to approve buildings over a certain height due to downtown's proximity to the airport.
Nashville is risky to build. Batman building sits lower than most buildings and is still taller
@@chadmcnabb281 Change the code and move the airport to a better FAA location.
@@landonspencer7043 Nashville is not risky to build skyscrapers on. They are footed in deep limestone beds. Manhattan has similar deep beds of limestone.
