For a certain reason Nashville will not build any building that reaches higher than the antennas of the Bat building. I lived there back in the late 90's they always compared Nashville to Austin so I guess Austin has Nashville beat when it comes to reaching for the skies now. I guess small boring buildings are better than no buildings.

No Buckhead? Buckhead is part of the City of Atlanta too and it’s skyline is bigger than Downtowns and rivals Midtown.

_Outside of affordable housing If we're going off just _*_" looks"_*_ alone.. then add about 13 more tall skyscrapers 800ft or higher like the truist tower level & 30 more mixed use buildings/stores 400-600ft high to fill in the spaced out skyline. Atlanta definitely has the money & the view is awesome, but needs some help visually it'll make the city of Atlanta look much more complete like parts of Manhattan or Chicago their skylines are large & full with not many big spaces & several tall towers you can see from milesss. I would spread them out more above the Ponce city market area then over towards the westside above the Benz stadium up to the IKEA store then connect both sides together up to the Midtown area & finally connecting them all the way up to the city of Buckhead. That big separation gap between Downtown, Midtown & Buckhead needs to be filled with bigger buildings right now it just doesn't complete the look that's why Atlanta has like 2 or 3 separate skylines resulting in the sq mi of the city to be smaller than similar cities like Houston/Dallas/Denver etc._

Born and raised in Atlanta. I’m a 55 year old black gentleman. Seen a lot come and go! Honestly, I hated gentrification, but I have to admit, I can’t believe how much Atlanta has grown and changed, and I love it! I hate the cost of living now, but hopefully it will get better! This is a beautiful video production! As a native Atlantan that has traveled the world, no matter where I visited, it always made me appreciate Atlanta even more! I have always loved living here, and still do! But BY FAR.., out of all the skyscrapers and amazing growth.., my absolute favorite thing in all of the changes… IS THE BELTLINE! I am crazy about the beltline! And not just the main circle.., but all the connecting trails everywhere as well! The beltline is a home run!!! The gentrification overshadowed everything for a long time, but hopefully the real laid back spirit of southern charm will dominate as the prevailing culture! Southerners speak to each other, we check on neighbors, we are courteous drivers, we say please and thank you, we hold the door open, we give hugs, we respect adults and elders, we don’t use profanity in front of children and older people, etc… that’s the southern way! We understand that people in the north don’t speak, don’t make eye contact, stay to themselves, can be rude, disrespectful etc as the norm… but you’re not up north.., you’re living in the south now.., so chill out.., relax, calm down, slow down… maybe you newcomers will get it after a while.., we native Atlantians certainly hope so! There is a lot of money and business here! No need to come with the criminal minds or toxic behavior! You can make legit money in Atlanta! Start a business, change your life, get to know business people around you.., Atlanta is that place! All the crime, gangs, and hustlers from other cities.. just know you’re in Atlanta now.., it’s not cute.., you look ignorant and out of place here bringing all the toxic drama. Just stop it! You’re in an entrepreneurial city, a professional city, with amazing people.., leave the old craziness behind.., and start you a brand new life here in Atlanta.., it’s the right place! We must keep it that way.., it will take all of us to make sure that happens!… Meanwhile.., welcome.., we hope you love and appreciate Atlanta as much as we do!

The skyline view is great but we have like 3 seperate ones Downtown, Midtown & Buckhead. It definitely could be much better just like anywhere else Atlanta definitely has the funds and so much potential.. I'd be nice to see atleast 17 more big ones built yes 17! each 900ft-1,700ft tall & 12 more med sized ones 300-700ft to fill in the gaps between Downtown/Midtown & the large gap from Midtown up to Buckhead has no big buildings. Also over on the west side north of the Benz stadium where it's just lacking buildings could use some *(hopefully Centennial yards go as planned).* Atlanta would then officially be a top 3 city in the US *(going off tallest US buildings & looks of course)*

The word around Atlanta, forsyth county, the fastest growing area in metro Atlanta, leaders are in talk with the National hockey lead to bring a 3rd hockey team to the Metro Atlanta by building a 2-plus billion dollars mixed development (18,000 hockey area, hotels, mall, offices, dining, living quarters, etc Metro Atlanta is growing big time.

Atlanta has 3 skylines(down, midtown skylines next to each other. The Buckhead skyline is the rich neighborhoods and financial district of the northwest part of the city of Atlanta. Atlanta and Miami combined metro population is over 7 millions each. I didn't see the Buckhead skyline in the video. I still like the video.

When I graduated from college my first 4 year. I then in the military(I went desert shield and desert shield Persian Gulf 1990-1991. I then moved to Atlanta and graduated college a second in 1997. I lived in Atlanta for 30 years and have not been all over Atlanta. Thanks for video.😊😅
