Would be great for companies in Doha to come up with composting were all the wet waste like used fruits, vegetables and rejected food items either spoiled or expired can be used to convert to compost and sell the fertilizers in Doha and within the GCC and another company specialized in making stock like vegetable stock(like veggie scraps from onion skins, potato peel, carrot peel and stems from coriander and spinach), chicken stock(carcass from a chicken), meat stock and fish stock(from prawns, crabs and lobster) and the used products like vegetable stock could again be used as compost.
