My GF is really sick rn and asked me to make caldo and I said idk how and she said can u Google it!? So I did and your the first video I clicked on RUclips I tried your recipe and it came out really good thanks abunch all the way from Santa Maria CA 😀🍺🍻
Love HEB!!! wish they would come to Florida because they sell many items thst no one sells like frozen rajas that have been pre- roasted, peeled, de-veined, and de-seeded and just ready to be used in a recipe.
Out of all the videos this was most helpful to me even though I make it a little different but loved that you broke the steps and cooking time of the veggies that is just what I was looking for. Thx tons
San Antonio is cold tonight so I hopped onto RUclips to find a good caldo recipe video. I’ll be following this recipe for sure and the HEB products make me feel oddly connected lol thanks for posting this!!
I love food that people put time in, I genuinely feel relaxed when I'm cooking and I dont mind doing things by hand, it just adds extra love to it💓 dishes are only tedious if you dont enjoy cooking
Made this for my family but on a larger scale. They LOVED it!! Tysm for teaching me this recipe. My Mom died when I was young and I really didn't have anyone to teach me to cook. Thanks to ppl kind enough to teach us on RUclips just like yourself, I'm doing just fine. Tysm and happy new yr.
I really really REALLY love this video! I want to make this tomorrow! I love watching your videos when im bored or hungry 💗 you seem so sweet and genuine!
I make this all the time now for my family. I just use a few different seasonings. Onion powder garlic powder black pepper seasoning salt a little better than bullion with some goya yellow rice on the side the flavor is off the chain. thanks for this recipe
I made this recipe per your instructions. Because of your comment, I made sure I had a big enough pot. Soup came out excellent for my first attempt. Many thanks
This is a very well done video. I plan to make this today. I see your HEB products, so I bet you're close by or at least here in Texas (Houston?). Nice production.....thanks!!!!
My mother didn't teach me to cook so I Google and RUclips alot of recipes. My mother inlaw taught me to cook certain things and as I learn more I tweak a few of her recipes. But this is by far the best comfort food/recipe I have ever learned. Thank you so much. It's tasty!!!
Thanks for your great video! I just made my 1st caldo de pollo soup. I follow your detail recipe & time everything because it was my 1st time cooking it. My caldo de pollo came out so delicious. My husband found your viedo and gald he did. I'm going to save it untill I can do it on my own. Thanks! 😊 -Harlingen Texas
It never fails, every time I make caldo I always have to switch it to a bigger pot....lol I think I'm adding to many veggies, but they are so good.....also to the meat always finishes before the veggies......but it's still good, especially when there are bits of meat in the caldo.
Hey Liza! How are you?! You handling this latest cold front ok? I was freezing and I took this opportunity to make your delicious caldo de pollo! It really hit the spot! Just wanted to say thank you! Stay warm friend!
Hi! ☺️ I like the cold, but not this kinda cold! Caldo is on the menu for this weekend. It’s going to get worse. It’s the perfect comfort food! Enjoy my friend and stay warm! ☺️

Love it!! My mom was old school to, she used the mocajete to grind the spices. I can't find mine and is just another thing to wash, no thank you! Lol 😂
Feeling under the weather today and I think im going to make this tomorrow soon as I get the strength to go to the supermarket have everything but tomato sauce and being the fact that hubby is Mexican he'll appreciate this Haitian girl making some caldo de pollo...
Thank you so much I’ve been trying to learn how to make it for such a long time. Now that were quarantine at home because of the coronavirus, seems like a perfect day to learn how to make it. Out of west Covina California.

Thank you, ma'am 😁 I just made Caldo de Pollo my first time, by myself, using your video. It came out great, and I know my family will be surprised lol! Thank you again!
Yoooooooooooo this was bomb, I did use my own seasoning, but all the veggies and chicken you had and it was BOMB!!!!! I also had to use diced tomatoes because I didn’t have tomatoe sauce/paste
I use all the above veggies but use yucca instead of potatoes and add garbanzo beans and throw in some chicken feet for extra wonderful richness to the soup!
My GF is really sick rn and asked me to make caldo and I said idk how and she said can u Google it!? So I did and your the first video I clicked on RUclips I tried your recipe and it came out really good thanks abunch all the way from Santa Maria CA 😀🍺🍻
