Mr Digg said in a recent video, Thanks to Dirt Perfect and Lets Dig 18 for stopping by. And I thank you as well. If you had not sopped there and recorded it, I would not have known about his channel. I now follow him.
This is a shake, rattle & roll job all day at two locations for nice neighbors who need your help. Every one did a great job, even farmer Chris's father who challenged Aaron to a king off the mountain dirt climb. I love it! Thanks for the video.
Good morning sunshines! I love how you & MBTS & Farmer Chris & now Pat & John all pick at each other! Lol! Great video! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA
When a community lives together its support network comes together to ensure each others business and homes continue to survive - Dirt Perfect, his brother, Farmer Chris, Logger Wade and DP's little brother MBTS. Great to see this in action on this channel.
Tile it on top of the Grey clay. There is a weep up there somewhere. Tile it down to the pond. Sooner or later you are gonna gid up a mammoth tusk or tooth. On top of the clay. About 4 miles from here they got a tooth . Down in the blue river bottom they found tusks. Down on white river in Grey clay I found a thorn tree log with 8 inch thorns sticking out of the clay. Up here there are gravel beds 200 feet deep. A lot went on in the last ice age. I see scrape marks in the limestone where the glaciers slid across. Around orange the weight of the ice crushed the limestone layers and lost river goes underground for 20 miles and comes back up at a rise. Runs on down thru French lick. Hot springs at French lick. Crazy stuff has gone on across Indiana in the past. Limestone sandstone and coal and gravel bed. Sand hills . Last ice age did a lot of stuff.
Farmer Cris #1 and Farmer Chris #2 it looks like Farmer Chris #1 still gets more done I saw Farmer Chris checking his Watch every time DP and MBTS made adjustments on the wall lol 😊😊😊
This job came out absolutely stellar! I'm sure we'll see the finishing touches after the seed and straw is applied! Thanks muches, take care and may God continue to abundantly. Bless all of you
Maybe give us a five (5) minute segment at the end of your next summer to see how this repair went after a winter test. I think it’d be good to see a little follow up on this one.
Your brother better get busy, the rain is on the way 😂😂. Great job, guys. I hope this will fix the problem permanently for his family. You better get to work on the pond before, Jerry has it completely finished.
Ditto on that comment as well, but I am even more interested to see how that "water bar" he made out of concrete blocks works for watering cattle. Maybe the real reason he put the blocks there is to prevent the cattle from tearing up the slope by creating a terrace they have to walk around first?
Hey Mike and company glad to be able to watch you videos sitting in the hospital waiting for some heart surgery making my day a bit better and making me laugh keep them coming
I love Arron's reaction to drinking a can of Mountain Dew. It's one of two of my favorite pops. A&W Root Beer the other one. Dew for the caffeine and flavor.😢 Dew is a good with a shot of Absolute vodka in it as a mixer. A&W the flavor vanilla flavor.
Mike/Aaron you got a good contour on the repaired slope and hopefully that is the final fix.Having helped bring in many seasons of Silage when I was younger, I'd be curious to see how the walls hold up when your compressing it with a 4x4 tractor on top of it. Another good video, thank you!
Amazing job as always plus helping out Farmer Chris...great content to enjoy with my morning coffee ☕. Appreciate you taking us along on an amazing day 😎🧰🛠️🇺🇲🚜😇
Did you save the pear tree ? I can't see it, but you two did a fantastic job. Your brother and his wife should be happy with the way the yard looks. The view from your house is going to look nice with all that new grass. God bless you two, and thanks for sharing this great video. Put it in the great box.
Your brother is very lucky to have such a thoughtful neighbor who was gracious enough to use his equipment, resources and time to resolve a potential disaster. Great job DP and MBTS….The end results turned out awesome. Even Farmer Chris was left smiling.
I really enjoyed this video! For some odd reason I love watching you set the concrete blocks. And your side yard looks fantastic! It always amazes me how you can make it dirt so perfect!😁
Job came out nice. Should help the sliding hill situation out. Nice to see Farmer Chris once again, good man and friend to have around I would think. Thanks for the update, enjoyed watching, BTW, you’re never over loaded unless you get caught or the truck breaks in half. 😮😊😂😂
Another thing you can do is called soil Stableation basically add some cement to it and mix it in with a rototiller. Then use the compactor to pack it in. Wear a good reaperatiors to protect your lungs. It will basically dry it up and make it into concrete slab. That gray clay looks to be saturated and holding water. Probably be a better idea to drill a bunch of cores and mix sand and pea gravel to act as a drainage filter to lower the water levels in that layer.
I'm loving the bonus footage after the end credits! A little extra comedy! Two satisfied customers in one day! And to top it off, all that talk about lack of rain must have annoyed the rain gods, so they yielded and delivered! Great test for the new repair!
Oh yeah MBTS my great niece Zadee LOVES mt dew too & she also says "ahhhh" after taking a swallow of it just like you! Lol! She says mummmmm good stuff too! Lol! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA
I noticed that as well. But I think they were trying to stand in the shade. I noticed that Chris started catching sun on his back the moment he walked two paces west toward the opposite wall.
That really turned out nice and when the grass gets planted and greens up it'll look awesome. I did notice one casualty of the landscaping, the little pear tree. I tell you what, you all have a beautiful view up there. Have a good one, guys. Silage area looks great, Farmer Chris is happy.
Nice work guys ! It turned out better than I expected, after seeing how it looked before. I also noted how different top soil looks when you dumped it from your truck. BTW, LOVED MBTS at the end! LOL When you had it on time lapse, you could really see how dusty it was, especially on the outside wall for Farmer Chris's silage pit. Speaking of silage, it reminded me of something from my childhood. There was a disabled man that was a member of our church that lived nearby a dairy farm. My Dad would pick him up/take him home for church services, & I always dreaded it during the Fall months, because of the stench of the silage they used to supplement the cow's feed. It smelled almost as bad as when someone hit a skunk on the road !!!
Yeah if my brother didn't clear it with me and just took the two loads of dirt i would haul one extra load and dump it in the middle of the driveway on the way out lol 😮😊😅 BROTHERLY LOVE 😊
I figured you'd have Aaron out there. Mixing the doomed dirts together with a skid stare and keeping it all mixed up that way. When you go to put it back then, you'll already have it mixed
What do you use to control wind and water erosion until the seed germinates and establishes a foothold in the loose or lightly compacted soil, especially on a slope?
As long as you got below the slip plane(s) and there is sufficient drainage, that hillside should hold unless everything gets totally saturated. It reminded me of dealing with the serpentine rock in coastal northern California. When it gets wet, it slides.
Aaron very last comments on DP under the rain is priceless! Thank you guys!
RIP to the Peach tree
He scared it to death, like he does to his GoPro's.
RIP 😢
Damn it, Mike. Clean those windows on the 140. That first 20 seconds had me cleaning my phone. 😂
Have you seen the windows on the Mack dump truck 😆
🤣🤣🤣
I'm watching on a 43-inch TV/Monitor, makes me almost feel blind.
Your brother should be proud he’s got a brother like you that likes him 😆🤩😁
You and your brother have an amazing view from your houses!
You guys are a team. You move like synchronized swimmers. Amazing watching both on equipment at the same time! Thanks for the ride.
Thanks
Mr Digg said in a recent video, Thanks to Dirt Perfect and Lets Dig 18 for stopping by. And I thank you as well. If you had not sopped there and recorded it, I would not have known about his channel. I now follow him.
Hey Mike, probably 10, million people’s already told you you and Aaron really make a good team! And that’s all I’m gonna say about that😊
This is a shake, rattle & roll job all day at two locations for nice neighbors who need your help. Every one did a great job, even farmer Chris's father who challenged Aaron to a king off the mountain dirt climb. I love it! Thanks for the video.
Farmer Chris is far more agile that one would believe. He was leaping around those blocks like a Jaguar. 💪
Nice to see Farmer Chris in your video Mr Dirt Perfect
It was nice to see Farmer Chris sharing his chapstick with Aaron in the beginning of the video!
Ended up looking amazing
The dust doesn't bother Aaron because he is too small for the dust to touch him.😊
Aaron's feet touch the ground so he is exactly the correct height.
Good morning sunshines! I love how you & MBTS & Farmer Chris & now Pat & John all pick at each other! Lol! Great video! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA

Great video, lots of laughs, jobs well done! Thanks for sharing 👏 👍 😊
I enjoy how you explain the science of dirt in how you are repairing the slope. Nice Job!

Thank you for the geology lesson.
Farmer Cris #1 and Farmer Chris #2 it looks like Farmer Chris #1 still gets more done I saw Farmer Chris checking his Watch every time DP and MBTS made adjustments on the wall lol 😊😊😊
I have to admit this has officially became my favorite channel.
This job came out absolutely stellar! I'm sure we'll see the finishing touches after the seed and straw is applied!
Thanks muches, take care and may God continue to abundantly. Bless all of you
I’ll say it again. You guys crack me up. Great content as always. Thanks for posting. 🇬🇧👍👍👍
What a nice guy farmer Chris is! Great job men!

I love that your videos convey a sense of community wherever you go. Thanks for allowing us to peek inside that world. Best!
How about showing us what Farmer Chris does with that silage pit you guys created. I’m just curious to see how that works out.
Ditto on that comment as well, but I am even more interested to see how that "water bar" he made out of concrete blocks works for watering cattle. Maybe the real reason he put the blocks there is to prevent the cattle from tearing up the slope by creating a terrace they have to walk around first?
Brother gonna be happy with you his place looks great
lol. Seems like Farmer Chris is one of your best customers lol
He has stock in this company, lol
It's good to see family help each other. You and Aaron make a great team. Thanks for the video
Beautiful job❤

And Mrs DP says - from my house my neighbor's yard looks great , MY YARD not so much. The cobbler's kids go barefoot. Thanks for the show
You guys have way too much fun. I really enjoy the back and forth. Makes my day.

I was wondering about block displacement when they push into the silage to remove it?
Great job running the roller MBTS
Ya know, that little taco is a workhorse and deserves some love.
Amazing job as always plus helping out Farmer Chris...great content to enjoy with my morning coffee ☕. Appreciate you taking us along on an amazing day 😎🧰🛠️🇺🇲🚜😇
Two perfect jobs in one day that's what you call hard work and Men. ❤
Did you save the pear tree ? I can't see it, but you two did a fantastic job. Your brother and his wife should be happy with the way the yard looks. The view from your house is going to look nice with all that new grass. God bless you two, and thanks for sharing this great video. Put it in the great box.
Your videos make me wish I lived close... I would definitely apply to work there. So satisfying to see how yall keep it light and work together.
Good morning y'all. Great team work on the blocks awesome to see everyone working together!, 💯
That job , turned out Amazingly nice, very nice work Aaron and Mike❤❤👌👌🍮🍮😎😎
Your brother is very lucky to have such a thoughtful neighbor who was gracious enough to use his equipment, resources and time to resolve a potential disaster. Great job DP and MBTS….The end results turned out awesome. Even Farmer Chris was left smiling.
Great job running the excavator Mr Dirt Perfect

Interesting ideas. Adding cement mix sounds a little expensive in this particular application though.
Hahahaha I'm so happy you didn't cut Aarons green can antic out, DP!!! 🍫👍
It’s a blue can product. 😅
In all seriousness, you guys did a fantastic job on that yard.
I'm loving the bonus footage after the end credits! A little extra comedy!

that one wall must keep trying to fall over Arron and farmer Chris keep going and leaning on it to prop it back up
I noticed that as well. But I think they were trying to stand in the shade. I noticed that Chris started catching sun on his back the moment he walked two paces west toward the opposite wall.

Great job running the skid steer Mr Dirt Perfect
That last half looked like a square dance at the hoedown. Nice dosey doe boys.
Nice video guys, the compactor and Dozer running interwoven together looked really cool… lol
That really turned out nice and when the grass gets planted and greens up it'll look awesome. I did notice one casualty of the landscaping, the little pear tree. I tell you what, you all have a beautiful view up there. Have a good one, guys. Silage area looks great, Farmer Chris is happy.

Every small business should have a Farmer Chris or Bealy Good.
Great video Mr Dirt Perfect and MBTS
Im guessing we didn't save the tree😢😂😂

Man I wish I could work with you guys. You are the best at having fun and that's the way it should be. I can't get enough of your videos. 😊
Thanks
Well, you finally got a decent load on the Mack (you made me proud). You always carry 1/2 loads. 25 to 26 tons is a good load.
Yeah if my brother didn't clear it with me and just took the two loads of dirt i would haul one extra load and dump it in the middle of the driveway on the way out lol 😮😊😅 BROTHERLY LOVE 😊
Thank you Mike and Aaron that really cheered me up, Keep them coming. Jim from Scotland
If its the same day, why is MBTS wearing a different shirt, I call shenanigans!!!! 😆😂
I figured you'd have Aaron out there. Mixing the doomed dirts together with a skid stare and keeping it all mixed up that way. When you go to put it back then, you'll already have it mixed
Nice to have a brother in the business.
Here in Denmark we never use hay when we seed gras
What do you use to control wind and water erosion until the seed germinates and establishes a foothold in the loose or lightly compacted soil, especially on a slope?
As long as you got below the slip plane(s) and there is sufficient drainage, that hillside should hold unless everything gets totally saturated. It reminded me of dealing with the serpentine rock in coastal northern California. When it gets wet, it slides.
Thank you for another Great video. Cheers
Love these videos Mike it was very very good .
I was thinking. The hill is so wet. You could plant willow trees. They suck up a lot of water. That might help keep it from slipping
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Still waiting to see Arron rolling the silage at the top. 😂 Wishing you and your family the best.
