This is the only station I know of where A division and B division trains share a platform. This is also the first time I've seen the R188's in person (since I also never been on the 7 since the R62 trains left). Anyways enjoy the video!

Two things:The Q train doesn’t go to Queens because 2nd Avenue replaced and W train replaced Q train service in Queens in 2012. Number Two:when 7 and N trains were leaving Queensboro Plaza a pigeon fell into the tracks XD LOL🤣😂😇😄😊😐
I'm not going to lie, after that was pointed out to me I could never unsee it. I often come back to this video for a good laugh
This station usually gets crowded when you have the 7 train terminates here because of construction on Steinway tunnels which is between Vernon Jackson Boulevard Long Island Railroad Long Island City station and Metro-North Grand Central 42nd Street 7 train stop. Reason for this is that MTA will run more N & W trains 2004-June 2010 & November 2016-present when it was June 2010-November 2016 N & Q trains fill in the 7 train suspension between Times Square 42nd street and Queensboro Plaza via 59th Street IRT East Side Line.

This station was one of the best to see two different lines. It just always set my fear of heights into motion whenever I had to catch a 7 train going to flushing 😬

Lower level trains are Manhattan Bound. Upper level is Queens. I stayed on the upper level because of the view.
