If you check the clip at 3:35, the defender Raze is moving from the garage to B and pings on the B site and tries to look around the site when she arrives. So the attacker Raze went from the window to the B site and then to the C site before Neon and Jett, who were coming from CT, arrived at the C site. Nenon was running so she heard that and hid behind the big green box in the back site and then moved to Sage's back to knife her at a perfect time to not be spotted by Neon who looked back again from long at 3:55. It's a 5000 IQ move and timing. I did the same comment in your original video
For the clip of the Raze getting the knife kill it could be that Raze was inside of the platform. I know for a while there was a glitch where you could walk into it.

I totally agree with @JisusCryst1 as I have checked the tracker with the info bro provide and just want to add that for the part ally Jett being not able to see enemy Raze behind Sage, I think when ally Jett entered the C site the enemy Raze was still there on the other side of the double blue boxes and then Jett came but didn't check that corner as it was unexpected. And when Jett back starts facing Sage, enemy Raze starts moving towards Sage to knife her and when Jett start to leave she just knifed Sage. And that's my clear explanation which I think is quite accurate if you guys want to accept it 😅😊.
