I got the lock and lube fitting like Wes when I saw Wes using it on his battery powered grease gun. Then I saw the g gun on RUclips and then saw it was on sale at Amazon. I saw some guy comment about $300 to $400. I gave $220 on Amazon with free shipping Sept 17th as I recall. I have had mine g gun now for almost two weeks and it is the best money I have spent recently. Worth every penny and more. It may still be on sale, you will not regret getting it if you have changing out grease tubes all of the time. No telling how much wasted grease that g gun saves with the pressure relief and the lock and lube fitting.
Hi Wes, Tony Smith Plant Hire here from england. I purchased two LocknLube couplers straight away when you did the last vid and they are perfect for my two mini excavators that run. Any person who needs a grease gun should own one of theese. No mess, and just a awesome invention.A big shout out to LocknLube, and thanks for the top tip Wes!!!
We use the lockNlube tip for our rental skidsteers we have 28 machines. we used to use twice as much grease to do the same job with the standard fitting leaking. defiantly made that job much easier rather then messing about for each fitting. the fitting is bulky but you would be surprised how tight of a space it fits into.
I have had the Lock-N-Lube coupler I put on my Dewalt cordless grease gun.. Works great ..especially on fittings you have to reach for in awkward positions. and try to hold the old style on to hope and pray the grease went in .. with the LnL it holds on and goes in. great product!
On the strength of your previous video I bought a lock n lube end to go on my normal Fuchs Reiner grease gun and its brilliant, I'm only greasing a couple of big horticultural mowers so the Fuchs system and special tubes although expensive are ok. Greasing farm machinery that g gun looks brilliant, well made and portable.
Hey Wes ! I'm not sure if you've ever tried this but instead of mucking up your hand and glove try using a large spatula for moving grease. Works good, easily remove excess and when your done filling throw it into the grease pail for the next time !
I have a lock n lube coupler for a year or two now great yoke for greasing d only job and d look big but d fit in an tight and ackward spaces truly a great job
Wes I agree 100% on how good the lock and lube works. the boss bought 1 a yr ago or so and love it. we had 2 fittings on our skidsteer that were always a pig to get to take grease and once we got the lock and lube it would take grease no problem.
Looks interesting for use in a service truck or shop but you still need the regular gun for in the tractor toolbox if you carry one in the field like we do sometimes. I guess when they wrote the instructions for filling it they knew it was gonna get tested, when you have Tim thats big and strong enough to punch that greaser right through a 6" concrete floor L.O.L .
Wes, try some Valvoline crimson grease. it is formulated for farm and industrial equipment. it is also wheel bearing rated. it is red and very tacky. it won't sling off like other greases.
They do work good but I got a couple PTO shafts where the coupler is too big to fit. I will add that over greasing is a real thing. the best analogy I have heard is would you rather run in knee high water or chest high water.
Using that Locknlube on your grease gun and then an extension needle would still be better because you would have one less pace to pop apart and try to hold together.
I'm glad it worked I'd hate to hear you complaining about losing/wasting 14 tubes of grease. That would have been great lubing that submarine I used to be on instead of the grease cups we used. Good video & good product will be watching for updates Thanx from the left coast near the Crapitol of California Gene
Squach has tested it and it didnt break "Tims grease dropping the grease and getting lubed up" lol! have a great day Wes and stay safe and dont get too lubed up!
Damn...I need to get me one of those Locknlube couplers for frhe grease gun I keep with my MC. The cheepo coupler is fine for ball joints but when you have to pump a lot of grease into track rollers a better mind of coupler is needed so I can just pump away untill I hear the fart that tells me atha particular fitting is filled which may take 25 pumps or more.
Cool Beans! I hope if you get a 2nd one and use it for a different type of grease, you should label each GGun. It helps those folks that may have a brain fart!
Looks like it works great. So all you need now is a plastic bucket of grease of the right amount to fill it. Take the lid off, dump it in upside down with a plunger to fill the lock n lube. No ladling grease in, no mess......sorted eh!
Wotked for Interstate national lease bought grease in a 55 gal barrel, take the top off, put in the top plate, stick the pump through the hole in the center and you got 3months supply,,,, Oh yea the grease is in a plastic liner, When it runs out use a paddle to remove the remaing and spread on fifth wheels
Does that Mack get driven ever? I'd really love a Peter 389 in one of the custom metallic colours. 23 gauge dash, cummins, road ranger or spicer with polished EVERYTHING and every option just about ticked.
A nine foot hose? a stand alone grease gun? Oh, my. I would have given a week's allowance for one of them. As you know, greasing disk harrows 2 times a day is nothing but fun.
Alot of my zerks are 10 feet of the ground,,,,,,Holding on with on hand and operating the gun with the other... I agree with bob veld can't beat the air pump greaser with about a 20 foot hose......Honestly if you had to buy it would you.......Been using the ends for about a 6 months now First saw it on Sowercattle Co video
Wes looking at hurricane Mathew I would start battening down the hatches if I were you. I just got the feeling That though it may not be a hurricane when it reaches you it probably will have a ton and a half of rainfall when it hits with winds around 30 mph plus. Walk around and figure out what needs to be battened down or moved inside Hopefully when it reaches you it will just be heavy rain with moderate winds. Here's hoping you come out of it ok. Jim
Looks cool but id hate bending over to pick it up all the time to move it and how would it work when your laying on your back greasing drive lines you climb out to pump it then back under to move. I dunno like the electric with the locking end and maybe modify the electric to refill from that can?
I'm going to have to look into Lock-n-Lube. That's just seems handy as hell, no mess means no mess on me. Does the top stay covered in grease when your done using it like the old grease guns?
They need to make a G-Gun that you can hook up to your air compressor so you dont have to keep going back to can and pumping with foot you can just pull a trigger ,, cause if you are underneath a piece of equipment ya dont wanna keep having to get out from underneath it to pump pedal,, just my idea anyway..
iv used one of there fittings before it failed internally and blocked the gun it was very usuful in its short life i mite have to get anouther as it sounds like i was just unlucky with the first one
Why the hell do those damned engineers always put those zircs in all those damnable places? The hell with killing all the lawyers... I want some engineers in my sights.
looks good... but with that little reservoir you'll be filling that thing and getting your hands filthy every day... 55 Gallon drum + Alemite air grease pump is the only way when you have to grease things everyday
Hmm, not for me. I have 6 tractors, two dump trucks, excavator, 2 balers, swathers, etc. I have to use 0,1,and 2 Chevron high pressure grease and sometimes use all of these viscosities in one day. What works for me is battery operated Lincoln grease guns. No long hose to trip over, or to build up a grease goo mess, no pumping the can when I am upside down trying to reach a hidden fitting. I know you have to say something nice to a sponsor when you get something for free. I won't be buying one.
OK, let me be the one to say it! Very cool idea, but $300 and probably a shipping charge to boot. Little pricey in my estimation. You could probably adapt one of the battery powered grease guns to a pail with a lid and rig up a remote control on it for less then that! But South Africa does have some very hot girls, so maybe if they threw in one of them in a short skirt and heels to work the foot pump, I would be "all in at 300"
I am not being an asshole. But why do you guys wear rubber gloves a lot. I hated any gloves when I was working with my hands. I just never got the right feel. On tools, nuts bolts, etc.
G Gun how frickin stupid. Need 2 people to do a 1 man job. Just buy a air greaser. hook it up to a 10 gallon drum of grease and go. Grease fitting end looks good though
bob Veld actually it's a one man job and Tim was just there so I had him pump the gun. as for the air grease gun it is not as mobile as the GGun I can take this GGun on top of my baler and combine and under my truck. I think you have a closed mind and have never tried anything different. So keep using what you like I will get some more work done.
having one at the shop on like a 50ft hose with a trigger button on the end of the hose would be nice even better with it connected to a 55 gal drum of grease. maybe even have a digital meter on the end to put in exact amounts of grease
Sad that americans have to copy the europeans and claim its theirs. This is already being sold by Total I believe, or it was castrol. I dont know exactly.

That's my Country!! thanks for the shout out for South Africa Wes.

because of that first video you made about that lock and lube grease gun end, I bought two and I love it!
Got my lock n lube last week, works great, wish I would've found out about this product years ago. Saves a ton of wasted grease.
I have had the Lock-N-Lube coupler I put on my Dewalt cordless grease gun.. Works great ..especially on fittings you have to reach for in awkward positions. and try to hold the old style on to hope and pray the grease went in .. with the LnL it holds on and goes in. great product!
I bought the Lock N Lube after your first video on the product use it daily on my 20volt dewalt grease works great!!!
Cool! I have been interested in one of those. Thanks for showing it! I really like the pressure relief feature.
On the strength of your previous video I bought a lock n lube end to go on my normal Fuchs Reiner grease gun and its brilliant, I'm only greasing a couple of big horticultural mowers so the Fuchs system and special tubes although expensive are ok. I ordered two Lock and Lubes after I watched your first video.
I just bought one two days before I ran into this video it works great for greacing needles for wheel bearings
Lock N Lube grease coupler is awesome. I've had mine for over a year now
All the more reason to visit us in South Africa. See Cape Town , game farms and Kruger national park etc
I have a lock n lube coupler for a year or two now great yoke for greasing d only job and d look big but d fit in an tight and ackward spaces truly a great job
Looks like an excellent piece of kit for a place like yours where you have so much equipment that needs to be greased regularly.
As my father use to say "grease is cheaper than parts" Think I will be investing in one.
joe kenny He was a smart man. That's my philosophy as well.
i bought one after your first video and like the hell out of it too
I did the same. So far it works great.
I bought one too.
I bought one too, now I need to buy tractor .
Hahahaaa
Wes I agree 100% on how good the lock and lube works. the boss bought 1 a yr ago or so and love it. we had 2 fittings on our skidsteer that were always a pig to get to take grease and once we got the lock and lube it would take grease no problem.

I bought one for shop gun and one for my service truck after seeing yours, I like the hell out of it👍
They have you on their webpage now! Great job Wes. I'm going to order one. Correction, just ordered one.
Wes, try some Valvoline crimson grease. it is formulated for farm and industrial equipment. it is also wheel bearing rated. it is red and very tacky. it won't sling off like other greases.
Love that red crimson grease ! Shit stays where it's supposed to.
This grease system looks terrific.
very nice...I especially like how much grease it holds and having the option to get a 9ft hose is handy too...✌
I'm glad it worked I'd hate to hear you complaining about losing/wasting 14 tubes of grease.
That would have been great lubing that submarine I used to be on instead of the grease cups we used.
Good video & good product will be watching for updates

Squach has tested it and it didnt break "Tims grease dropping the grease and getting lubed up" lol! have a great day Wes and stay safe and dont get too lubed up!
We got 3 of those they are great for doing are semi. thanks for the video
Looks like a really nice product
michael dierks
looks like a time saver.
Damn...I need to get me one of those Locknlube couplers for frhe grease gun I keep with my MC. Adding a retractable hose reel to the side of the reservoir would make it perfect!
nice bit of kit....
it looks like a good grease gun thanks for the video wes
Cool Beans! I hope if you get a 2nd one and use it for a different type of grease, you should label each GGun. It helps those folks that may have a brain fart!
hey Wes I bought the locknlube and I love works great

Hey, cotontop3 needs this! No compressor or batteries.
Does that Mack get driven ever? I'd really love a Peter 389 in one of the custom metallic colours. 23 gauge dash, cummins, road ranger or spicer with polished EVERYTHING and every option just about ticked.
really looks like a great product

Wes, In a previous video you mentioned buying the bergman speed hitch. Are you still getting them? If so, can you please do a video on them.
Wes looking at hurricane Mathew I would start battening down the hatches if I were you. I just got the feeling

You should check out what How farms work is testing. I personally think they should have let you test it.
cool... I always hate that I have to refill my jd grease gun 4 times to do three combines
nothing worse than a fricking concord seeder and cart 3 tubes drives me bonkers
not sure about the lock in lube..... have some of those flange bearings on combines....don't think it would fit in those tight areas
I'm going to have to look into Lock-n-Lube. That's just seems handy as hell, no mess means no mess on me. Does the top stay covered in grease when your done using it like the old grease guns?
Ever try Lucas Red and Tacky grease?
Tim should be a calendar model (lol)
how many acres do you farm?
hey wes get time you need to do some more banjo picking
That thing is awesome.
how many types of grease do you use? and what is the type for the baler?
I had a good laugh at the 8 minute mark
the thing aint cheap
Nice video Mate
Agreed! Great when crawling under a truck and it actually puts it in the zerk, not your shirt.
what is the song name at the end of the video
cool...will look into them. i too lube everything
Name of song at end of video?
Is it any good for getting into a pto knuckle
what's wrong with this won't load up? other vids are working.
I dont know. it weighs alot close to 8kg. it may be tiring to haul it around.
Anyone had a problem with the tab getting bent that pulls the cover back from the jaws
hell I would dam sho buy one!
iv used one of there fittings before
it failed internally and blocked the gun
it was very usuful in its short life
i mite have to get anouther as it sounds like i was just unlucky with the first one
looks good
"are" semi?
Anyone know a metric version that can be shipped to EU? Or a knockoff?
Nevermind, Amazon is wierd, just had to switch to German version...
Why the hell do those damned engineers always put those zircs in all those damnable places? The hell with killing all the lawyers... I want some engineers in my sights.
I have an idea for an easy filler.
bc65925 A
I guess there are some advantages of having a popular u tube channel, free stuff!!! (cool)
I guess the G Gun hit G spot.
Love the new tunes you're cranking on the videos. That Banjo piece was getting a bit stale.
Diplomatic immunity !
Tell sasquatch to pull his pants up

can't take your 50ft hose to the field if it was required tho.
David E
its not for the field its for at the shop
How the hell are you going to use it to lubricate the slack adjusters on an OTR truck when you are lying on your back?
fook im early best say something smart, Nope iv got nothing.
G. Gun Grease Gun $295.00 on Amazon
Tim cussing,shocking!
They wont send shit to a small guy
G.Gun is $300-$400, ouch!!
amazon, i think i saw it for 220 and like the guy that commented on here, he did as well.
Sad that americans have to copy the europeans and claim its theirs. This is already being sold by Total I believe, or it was castrol. I dont know exactly.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Pretty sure I have seen castrol Australia with one
When did he claim it was theirs? I distinctly heard him say it was made in South Africa twice and "unfortunately not made in the US."
Made in Sothh Africa.....?? WTF
