  • Spiritual awakening, or enlightenment, is not what we think it is. By definition, it can't be. Because whatever we imagine awakening to be, is imagined from within the dream state.

    What is Awakening?
Awakening is simply realizing our true nature: the felt sense that we are the cosmos, and the cosmos is us. When we are connected in this way, we become a channel for the universe to flow through us. It liberates us from our cramped personal identities and we become capable of immense compassion. This union with Everything is the central teaching of all mystical traditions. But truly living this truth can be difficult, destabilizing, and even frightening - especially if our ego conditioning is not ready for it.
