Thank God for neighbors I too have been getting stones from my neighbor. We “built” a dry creek bed bad in June and I’m happy to say that it’s been working (tho we too haven’t had rain) idk time will tell if our non professional attempt works. Is there any other garden ctr that u would suggest I’ve went 2X to the Hosta/Conifer guy in CT. I’m in Westchester NY and I’m willing to drive 2+hrs I’m looking for more shade tolerant plants the leucothoe is beautiful and I heard it’s deer resistant. Don’t remember if u deal with deers. Loving ur garden thanks for sharing ❤
@@letstalkgardeningwithrobin that’s great that you have no 🦌 we’ve had a bit of a n issue with them. Eugene @ Hollandia was the first person to sit with us to explain how we should go about privatizing our property, what plants/trees to buy and even drew us plans. They’re great at Hollandia. I’ve mapped out Kent it’s only 1hr15mins so I plan to go hopefully this wknd, if not, before the cold sets in. You r tremendously helpful especially since ur yard reminds me of mine terrain-wise. ❤️
@@letstalkgardeningwithrobin I’ve spent all day planting most of my “at-home nursery” plants that I’ve been stock piling; since either Friday or Saturday I’ll be going to get more items for my woodland garden. I’d love to find a sizable 7 Sons Tree maybe 2 leucothoe plants. Thank you thank you thank you for the referral.
Enjoyed watching your garden video!
Robin, so good to see a new video from you. What a project! This is such good information you are sharing. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
You are a genius with your plant and tree selection.
So sweet! Thx 😀
Luv that jazzy sunglasses! Liking the creek bed--good way to solve the problem.
Thx 😀
This is very interesting! I've never seen this process before
I’m in Seymour, CT. On 3/4 acres. You must be on at lease 10 acres. And it Beautiful.
Only an acre and a half 😊
Awesome video! Appreciate seeing the whole process
It’s 90% done just need to fine tune stones.
What is the beautiful variegated shrub by the creek bed? You have 2 or 3 laid out. Didn’t quite catch the name
Leucothoe

I’m finding it’s getting tough to find specific products at this point for my clients. Good luck!
