I've lost count the number of times I've accidentally Poked because the charge with a 20B is so short, but when I switched to a 20C to mess with core and booster selection it felt like it took seconds to charge.
Fighter lammer build: wuerger, plasma thrower, double trueno, highest missile tracking fcs. I use this one to fight double zims and kite builds. It works most of the time as long as you adjust your position correctly (you don't play like lammer wlt missile where you go as far as possible from the enemy with this build, keep it on medium range for truenos to hit)
Nebula has much higher DPS But it consume lot of EN make my AC that barely has EN supply to spare must use dual 2 or MLT4 missile and NGI booster. Also it rarely hit fast kite build. Overall, Nebula is better at dealing with rushdown MW and HW. While Plasma Rifle is more versatile.
