Company change is not always a solution.. Change only when needed.. Switch is easiest thing u can do make sure you learning and in growing culture that's it.. Switching makes market worst and unstablise IT sector and layoffs follows

To give u some insight, Accenture hired 190 people from VIT in 2023 batch at a CTC of 12.6 LPA.
Similarly other companies like TCS,Capgmeni,Wipro have Digital roles that pay 7-12 LPA
