In tcs for freshers the workload is around 4-5hours only....... Work life balance is excellent in tcs but salary is peanut

In general, work life balance in Accenture is worst for sure... Now a days they are not paying fair amount also.
If you're working or going to work as fresher an you have two offers from TCS and Accenture then please join Accenture. Period. Thank me in 5 years

I am an ex tcs er. My advice is to retire in tcs. Bcaz tcs pay u lowest among all IT CO.s at any band. Axn growth is max. Wipro even nowadays pays more than them. I was in tcs for 6 long yrs. After corona they even reducwd my CTC. Cognizant has balance as well as good ctc.i worked there for 7 yrs in kolkata.

Yes you can always change your skills and work on different technologies based on your interest. But you need to proof it to your managers then only they will release you.
