Halle, I love your videos and appreciate your talent. My biggest piece of advice for you both abroad and at home. Thrift a cute old school side bag that is small with a zipper. Then train yourself to put your phone / keys in it every time you set it down. I had this same struggle as a 20 something year old. Make sure to look for an adjustable strap so that when you are traveling or in a crowded place you can tighten it and move it in front of you. Hope it helps ♥️

Glad you are promoting BetterHelp but if you are crying a lot or angry maybe opt for in person therapy or psychiatry. Online therapy can help some but it has limitations. I watch your videos but lately theres a theme of sadness. You are talented but sound lost at times which isnt unusual for your age group. However if anything deeper maybe you need to deal with that. I enjoy your work and the obvious effort involved
