When y’all theorized Zelda is leaving clues you find and she’s trapped in the past I’m just saying at my car speakers “that’s the plot of Skyward Sword! Somebody mention Skyward Sword!”
The one theory you guys didn't mention is that this game could be the end of the timeline. The curse is tied to the master sword, it's broken, meaning this game could see the end of the curse and a possible clean slate for future Zelda titles.
Just got my Zelda: TotK Switch yesterday, it’s simply lovely to look at and hold. It’s also my first Switch, was excited to get to finally try it out! Played Metroid Dread as my first Switch game, absolutely loving the experience. So thrilled with my purchase and looking forward to TotK.
im really hoping that as we clear gloom on the map we slowly bit by bit fix the master sword. sounds like a fun grind. but your theory on going into the past to get the sword before it was destroyed is verrrrrrry probable!
Zelda travels to each timeline where each version of link needs to complete a task. When Oot link (who is now older in his original timeline) completes his task, zelda ensures he rightfully gets recognized as the Hero of Time in his world/timeline.
It’s possible that Link won’t wake up at the beginning of this game because it’s the same hero. There is a theory that in every new Zelda game link, waking up, symbolizes a new incarnation of the hero awakening to his purpose.

They're super cute but the downside is that if you're trying to legit learn a game like Koi Koi, the replacement of standard visual elements with Mario characters makes that more difficult. Also there are two western card decks with Splatoon art rn.

The Garudo, under the command of Ganondorf, was at war/hostilities with the young Hylrule. This is proved by the fact that Ganondorf attacked the young Hyrule kingdom (now the Great Plateau) before Ganondorf came to swear fealty. Raura only sent invites to join the kingdom but Ganondorf kept refusing until he realized he needed to be close to get a Secret Stone.
Appreciate the kind words, but we want this to feel different because it’s a special little exciting miniseries, and who better to host than the guy who played one-half of Link on Breath of the Wild?

Relax. They have all obviously watched the trailer that's a very dumb assumption. I've watched this trailer almost every day and it's hard to tell exactly if the sword is broken or not.
