yes, Multi mode splice is just like single mode and your machine should have feature to splice MM cable

you don't need no damn cert bro, you just need to know the right people and know how to splice a cable. This takes absolutely 0 knowledge of how fiber works. Anything more than just cable work, then that's a different story.
