that depends on many situations, have you closed the door when you print? and what's your print temperation? Is the throat fan spinning? Is the extruder spring too loose or too tight?
KLP1 is clogged. You can disassemble the extruder with pliers, check it, clean up the corresponding residue, and then test whether it can extrude normally.
@@ninoklee4385 likely your hotend is extending to much. The heater has to almost touch the body of the extruder. With some wiggling it fits. (At least this solved my issue. For a while: Now it's clogged again. It seems to regularly clog at start. Maybe one should retract the filament after each print??? )

for heaven's sake don't buy this printer! you will spend the rest of your days disassembling the extruder. it always sticks. let it go. It is also very awkward to disassemble with the screws tightened on both sides.
This printhead is simply an abomination. I have yet to find a custom printhead for this machine. Considering to install some third-party head, and thinking how can I make it fit.
The better extruder
Do you have printable duct for part cooling? The included fan duct for my KLP1 230 seems to be deforming after printing lots of PETG.

Every time it clogs, will I have to do this maneuver? Is it a design error? I was seriously thinking about buying this model, but.......
