did the company provide the welders with those HIPPA filters?
There using SpeedGlas helmets and 3M Adflo air packs . We paid for ourselves, percentage a week took out of wages if necessary. We lost this work from Nova fabrication Ltd Coventry UK to Hungary.

We lost this work "UK" to Hungry because one line was month's behind on load arms. I was on CAT muti purpose buckets line an did work on CAT Compacts. We made the company 3 an 1/2 million-pound a year profit. We didn't have weld failure issues but the problem is the material isn't cleaned up prepped or shot blasted. Can cause porous an other issues. But could be lot's of reasons like Gas not being right. We use WaterCooled Pulse Frontier sets but alot of the materials we get in is just full of scale, needs cleaning up especially when putting 20 mm welds down 👨🏼🏭
