- Working on a project that needs VFX? Send me a shot or two and I'll do them on stream!
To submit, send a download link or attachment to "PeterDoesYourVFX@gmail.com". In your email, briefly describe the project and what you're looking for for your shot. Make sure it's exported & trimmed correctly, and make sure the sharing permissions (if using google drive or similar) are correct. If possible, include your phone number so I can call you if necessary!

- 1:01:45 When you were filling the thing, you probably know it but you can use F3 > Grid fill, and it does reasonably well in most cases to bridge / fill holes
- 1:09:45 the shadow problem you're talking about with the gobo light, If you also set the Gobo to be shadow catcher, it will only affect visible objects, none of the other shadow catchers!

If you track it on AE and add a solid of tracking texture for walls, floor and then import them to blender and track then change the video with no solid you could have done it much faster and better

Can you explain the Embergen price model? It claims to have a "rent" option, and a "permanent" option. But the permanent plan shows 299.99/year. Does this mean anually 299.99? Or is it a 299.99 one time payment?

The biggest issue is that the guy doesn't react to the explosion, making it feel fake. Otherwise I think it looked great.
