It’s so awesome to hear the Prime that resurrects Sam is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson and it’s so chilling when he says it’s his destiny is just like when he was Trigon in Teen Titans

The reason why Sam died isn’t because of the wounds of Megatron shooting him. It is because when he missed him just by a bit, it caused an explosion, that let off a force. It is called Ground Current, it’s like if you were to get struck by lightning. The ground current hit very hard and that basically electrocuted him and left off the wounds. He also got injured a little bit from hitting the rocks. You can see a power flash and power shock under his foot at 0:19
Yeah he’s a talented voice actor and one of my favorites but all I can hear from his performance as a Prime is Antauri from “Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!” 😂 (an underrated gem BTW)

Which other actors have spoken about after working with him. 3 wasn’t the same without her, I watched out of respect for Shia cause I love his work, but it still wasn’t the same 1&2 are the best ones. Shia ended up leaving after the 3rd by choice so they changed the story to new characters. Edit: in an interview she said that in her first time working with Bay he had her “dance underneath a waterfall" in a bikini when she was a minor at just 15 years old for the film he directed Bad Boys II. Edit p2: he’s a perv and Spielberg is just as too blame for not firing Bay instead of Megan.

I'm shocked at the attention to detail here. At 1:15 you can hear a heartbeat and it continues to slow unlow fading away, and you see Sam's grip release of the sock and pixie dust. You truly notice soemthing new on every rewatch
no, this is a pretty silly and dumb movie in most respects but moments like these transcend it. This really is a great moment and nothing the rest of the movie does can take away from it.

0:22 Your telling me......after this guy survived a car crash at a factory because Grindor dropped him, then megatron throwing him from the stairs for the doctor to check him out, the doctor then putting a slimy cybertronian thing that COULD HAVE KILLED HIM, successfully survivng almost being trampled by decepticons in a forest, this guy couldn’t survive that one explosion that had him BARELY flying and flipping in mid air.....
So let me get this straight. Sam dies for like a few minutes then makes contact with the other primes and THEN he is brought back to life from the primes. Makes sense
This is probably one of those things that got lost in translation during filming. In the cartoon, the Matrix of Leadership is like a fancy hard drive with a database of past Autobot leaders, so it's kinda like their afterlife to them. I think the implication is that Sam's consciousness is "inside" the Matrix of Leadership, but yeah, it comes across as nonsense.
This scene was best in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen where sam death where soilder try to bring him back but sam saw the primes in his mind bring him back was emontional but was epic
You know what would've been a better use of Sam's character after ROTF to DOTM: Sam becomes the first human Prime after proving himself worthy to the other Primes and is given knowledge of Cybertron, its history & culture, and the wisdom of the Primes. He then gets enlisted into the US military and is tasked with being the mediator for relations between human & cybertronian since, at the time of DOTM, he finished his degree in Geo-politics so this would be right up his ally.
Although the Primes were minor characters. I still like the fact that Kevin Michael Richardson was given the best lines for one of them. The same VA who voiced Trigon from a few DC projects, Gantu from Lilo and Stitch, Bulkhead from Transformers Prime, Shredder from the TMNT show (2012-2017), Crunch Bandicoot, Goro from the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie, Mr Gus from Uncle Grandpa, Yang from The Pirate Fairy, Stump Smash, Tree Rex and Barkley from Skylanders video games, Groot from animated Marvel shows, and Kamek from The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

This is probably one of those things that got lost in translation during filming. In the cartoon, the Matrix of Leadership is like a fancy hard drive with a database of past Autobot leaders, so it's kinda like their afterlife to them. I think the implication is that Sam's consciousness is "inside" the Matrix of Leadership, but yeah, it comes across as nonsense.

You know what would've been a better use of Sam's character after ROTF to DOTM:
Sam becomes the first human Prime after proving himself worthy to the other Primes and is given knowledge of Cybertron, its history & culture, and the wisdom of the Primes. He then gets enlisted into the US military and is tasked with being the mediator for relations between human & cybertronian since, at the time of DOTM, he finished his degree in Geo-politics so this would be right up his ally.
Although the Primes were minor characters. I still like the fact that Kevin Michael Richardson was given the best lines for one of them. The same VA who voiced Trigon from a few DC projects, Gantu from Lilo and Stitch, Bulkhead from Transformers Prime, Shredder from the TMNT show (2012-2017), Crunch Bandicoot, Goro from the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie, Mr Gus from Uncle Grandpa, Yang from The Pirate Fairy, Stump Smash, Tree Rex and Barkley from Skylanders video games, Groot from animated Marvel shows, and Kamek from The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
