There is a small chance that you get this as a side objective, it wont happen everytime, also this is not the only secondary objective in this mission.

@@Shadows-d1p No, the Stowaway is more than likely to just be a badly injured Nusian Security Council Special Forces unit that got lost in midst of the chaos. Why he doesnt follow us is beyond me however.
There is no evidence that proves it was jacet other than the armaband but when you look at the person with a Purple armaband from fireteam 1 it becomes clear that she looks a lot like Jacet.
Using a damn health kit when your not even THAT INJURED WHY?!?! ITS A WASTE! Edit:By far the most effective weapon I found useful is the Bolt action rifle as a main source of damage
