God, this is good. I always wanted to see what happened to the other RE characters besides the main cast, their struggles in the moments, days, weeks, even months that led up to the full blown devastation. That’s why I love this one & the one where Ada did a reconnaissance mission to the mansion lab in June of 1998. Too bad Capcom can’t read the room & give us stuff like this.

Gotta admit when I first saw the thumbnail, I thought "oh look, yet another Biohazard 2 mod, I'll probably just watch a few munutes of, get bored switch to another video". I ended up being impressed by it and watching the whole thing lol, this is a very good mod, well done!
Wow, that mod was just fantastic. The way Ayden organized the key places, the care with the sealed doors, the rendered backgrounds before destruction, everything done with so much care. This is a real horror game, very RE2 style because of going back and forth 843048394 times. And the gameplay was awesome too, you're a great player, Kendozone! Marvin’s cutscenes were one of the main reasons I loved replaying my copy of outbreak file 2, still got the game… just not a power cord for the system yet 😅

I was pretty shocked at that too. I thought it was taking footage from RE3 at first, but then the perspective shifted to inside. From the title I thought it was just going to be a sprite swap playing through Leon or Claire's route, or maybe the bonus modes. Didn't expect original cutscenes and full voice acting. Kudos to the maker of the mod.

This is one of the greatest versions of Resident Evil 2 I've ever seen. I ALWAYS ALWAYS wondered what Marvin's story was like until I clicked on this video. Aydan Watkins is an absolute genius. One little touch I would've liked to have seen is maybe the van fuse maybe located in Kendo's gunshop to see those original first few views of the game.
I started laughing at 39:13 when you shot the licker point blank with the magnum, the other licker in the back hallway recoiled as if it was like "OH FK THAT BS" 😂
There could have been MORE animations that could have been added to the ending of this game. And it could be done in a very cheap way. 1. The Keys - We see Marvin limping back towards the fountain and then removing the medal. Just simply play the cutscene in reverse so that way we see it like he just tossed the SPADE key (instead of the diamond key) back down that pot in the maiden statute repeat the same with the armor plates. How would we know which keys? The the game simply opens menu and displays each key per scene. Marvin is just discarding them in the places we already know. The Heart key is the last one we see as the last scene ends with him in his office. (More details at No. 3). 2. Putting everything back - We see him limping away from the three statues upstairs, showing the ruby is back in place and the next scene we see him limping away from a new oil painting in the back of the operation room, implying that the chief or the room had a spare painting. 3. Laying to rest - Just as we see Marvin limping back into the squad room, we see him limping into his(?) office where the menu opens up and is discarded onto his desk. The last animation we see is where in RE2, he begins to turn, the closeup of his face, but we don't see that just a closeup of his face and him collapsing against the wall. Again, played in reverse. Leon and/or Claire is removed in this scene that way we see Marvin succumbing to his fate before the aforementioned finds him turning in their 2nd encounter.
Holy crap! I thought this was going to be another lazy mod. But this is fantastic work! I wish that if Capcom ever releases the OG Resident Evil games that they come with this mod as a special DLC. More people need to play it.
This mod is amazing, the only faults were the lickers and the dogs didnt aggro sometimes, they let Marvin just walk past them. Aside from that this is top work.
When they did the Remake and the R3make, Capcom missed out on so much expansion and DLC potential by reimagining the side-stories seen in side-games like Outbreak, Survivor, et cetera. Marvin and the survivors here should've been DLC for 2 or 3. What a shame.
Capcom really been dropping the ball with Extra Content. with Mods like this is what the company should have done. hired someone who is a fan of the RE games; and who makes great Mods… something that fans wish capcom could have added to the Actual games.

The first attack took place on the 26th. A small note regarding Desperate Times: the cop killed by crows in the corridor (east wing - second floor), during RE2 (September 29th), is presumed to have died recently. It would have made more sense to see him alive during the Desperate Times?

I'm still waiting for the backstory explaining why the first aid sprays and herbs only work on certain people.

리메이크 판에서는 거의 90% 이상이 좀비화되었던 브래드가 범인
1.5 버전처럼 살아서 같이 탈출했다면 2편 이후의 스토리적 측면에서 많은 도움을 주었을 캐릭터 같아요 배리 버튼 비슷하게

creo que esto de los fan games de resident evil recibiran un remake con las voces IA, lo digo porque la comunidad del GTA hizo GTA sindacco chronicles usando las voces AI, asi que los modders de resident evil actualizaran sus juegos colocando voces AI
