I was at the LA concert too, and it's true that TOP mostly just casually glanced, but the rare moments where he would make contact with a fan, it was definitely an intense eye contact lol. I wish I was one of the lucky few >_
If you're the lucky few, then you'll know that T.O.P. doesn't just glance at you, he stares at you. I think he makes the best eye contact out of all the BIGBANG members.

T.O.P first made eye contact with me when the first talk began. It was long enough that I felt uncomfortable and I had to look away for 2-3 sec. I looked back at him and he was still staring at me. The other eye contacts I got from him, I was able to look at him longer, but I always lose and have to look away. The stare is 2 strong!
