I like the update on the Carenado Arrow. There is a noticeable difference in the handling during takeoff on rotation, and turbulences seem to effect the plane more. I also like that they've added the animated static wicks on the wings. I know it's a small detail but I think it adds a bit more emersion while flying the plane. As far as the set up for the "fin strobe" switch, I think it's meant to be that in the down position you have the "fin strobe", center is off, up turns on "wing strobes". So its either fin strobe or wing strobes. You can't have both unless you hit "F" on your keyboard. Anyway, another nice video. Thanks for posting this.
I really like this update. I think you are right when you mention that the update is focused on the flight dynamics. After spending some time zipping about in it it feels much better, almost heavier which is a good thing.
I’m not at my computer and I’m not 100% sure but the fin strobe / strobe switch controls different sets of lights. Fin/strobe controls the tail beacon while the strobe position controls the wingtip strobe lights. Correct me if I’m wrong! :p
The RPM’s and MAP to pass the yellow or red line during takeoff is the same as in the real world, just as long as it’s not for more than a few minutes and you proceed to climb power it’s fine.
I love this plane!! Took it for another spin last night and something unexpected happend. As I was passing 11000 feet the VAC light came on, I lost speed and the plane got into a stall/spin. Did some online research but I did not find the answer. Any idea what caused this? Thanks!
I'm still waiting for some of my Carenado planes to update as I bought them in the marketplace. I thought Microsoft was going to speed up the process for updates. Oh, well. It will come eventually.
You have been a very busy pilot , thank you for all your hard work it makes using the sim much more pleasurable.
You're welcome :)

Great feedback - thank you.

Yeah - I think it might be a combination of the sim, and the aircraft :)
new to msfs.. What is carenado ?
how u get Piper Warrior as an ac on msfs ??
don't want to fly rly an Arrow... just a baby beginner..
Helppp
Carenado did update the skymaster in April and have to say a noticeable upgrade. I was rather impressed with what they had done to it.
It's good, isn't it.

Makes sense.

Good to know.

Did you turn on carb heat ? :)
@@jonbeckett Most likely not :) Where should I set it? Can't find anything about it in the manual.
@jonbeckett, any chance you can point me into the right direction, thanks again!
Whilst I may be late to the party I am sure the Beacon light is also known as the Anti collision light..
It is.

Did it arrive finally? lol. The flaps made us crash!
You'll probably find out that all planes are reviewed by one guy :)
First :D I actually prefer this interior to the pimptastic red velour on the JF one.
Heh - "pimptastic"...
Do you have some sort of super computer? Your stuff looks good. What kind of rig you packing?
It's a 3.6Ghz I7, 16Gb RAM, 3080RTX GPU.
@@jonbeckett OK, that's not super high. I think you have the best visuals than other channels. I'm jelly. Is the 3080 a "ti" or just regular
Busy
ohh I like Boomville

@@jonbeckett ohhh silly me Thank You
