  • Tate was a summer replacement western series that didn't quite catch on, and that might have made it a better show.

I smoke cigs and a pipe. And i freely admit advertising in hot rod and popular science, popular mechanics magazines influenced me to smoke. But man the marlboro man, and the manly man camel ads made me think it could help in my coolness...i didnt.😮
But i do not understand why tv and internet can show booze and beer commercials and not ciggerates?
Cancer is bad, but dui's, liver failure, alchol poisoning, kidney failure, assault, murder, and being a public drunk would be as bad.
I dont know i just think whats good for the goose should be good for the gander.
    Great vid as always.🎉🎉🎉

Thanks! The cigarette-ad ban came from the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act of 1970, so it was a matter of federal law. Without that, I'm sure the ads wouldn't have gone away.
