Outstanding presentation and explanation of blueprinting, Jim. Loved this one! I'm sure the golfer that gets these clubs, is really going to enjoy using them.

I was expecting the 7 iron demo to be off spec, and that the other clubs were matched up to the off-spec configuration because the golfer hit it so well. I don't know why, but it just popped into my thoughts. I am trying to come up with a trip to Ohio to be fitted and my bag to receive your attention. You are the guru, Jim. Maybe after my wife recovers, whenever that happens. I have a brother-in-law in Vermillion, OH to visit. 😄

The wife recovery is far more important. When ready just give us a call

    Great video!
It made a difference on a set i had made years ago.
Question I just bought a set of Ping Eye 2 irons mint with original grip's probably seen 3 rounds since new.
Problem is the shipper put the clear shipping tape directly to the club head's even inside the cavity, took a ling time just to get the tape off.
Any idea how to get all the glue off the club head's without messing up the finish?
    Thanks

Try a little acetone on a paper towel and rub gently let dry then try again, when soft you might be able to take it off with a thumbnail

What about the splineing, most assemblers do not pay attention to this so that they can get the labels all in the same place that puts you spline way off

That is true in a lot of cases. However some golfs prefer logo down and that’s that. Nippon has figured out to get the Flo in the logo down position for me

Does the long, skinny grip removal “slim Jim” mess up the shaft? I’ve seen a lot of people use them & it appears to be simple using it

depends on the user. its my preferred way of doing it. having a steady hand and a lot of solvent handy helps. You can also use air with a large gauge flexible tubing over the grip to prevent the grips from blowing up. I wouldn't recommend that method on corded grips though.

If steel not really. However, I found them to be clumsy other have had really good success
