__ Necessary materials __
4 cups flour (480 g).
1 cup of yogurt (220 g).
1 cup of water (200ml).
1 pack of baking soda (10 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (10 ml).
For the above:
olive oil (50 ml).

Practical recipes
The sweet version of above recipe can be made by adding a mashed ripe banana and sugar to the same dough and once rolled out can be fried in oil .The taste is delicious please try it. We South Indians ( Karnataka) make it for a Tea Time snack.
