Bryce Young is better the DJ in my opinion, last year I had the roles reversed. Bryce Young has matured so much since last year and is almost impossible to sack, but he is patient when throwing the ball. DJ on the last drive was just throwing it up.
U do understand that MD's OLine is elite and gives Bryce all the time he needs. Bosco's OLine didn't block as well. DJ's literally carrying that offense by himself. MD's wrs made big time plays and Bosco's wrs didn't make enough big time plays like that catch #88 from Bosco should have made in the corner where DJ threw a dime. Remember last year's first match between these 2 teams, Bosco blasted MD 48-18 but lost in the Championship game so don't write off Bosco too much.

You could argue some of these other teams have even more talent (obviously Mater Dei is uber talented too) but when you watch Mater Dei play they are a well oiled machine in terms of execution. They are just sound in everything. They can run it when they want to. Throw it when they want to. They play stingy defense. They don't turn the ball over. They force turnovers. Kicking game solid. They are good at all aspects of the game and that's tough to beat at any level especially high school.
