    My brother you need to live in a country for one to two years before you can come out with this things you called traditional dance. There was a state called JOS in Nigeria that has the best traditional dance in Africa ever. No Africa countries can compare with it, Nigeria is the country with the best traditional dance in the whole world. If what you showed now is the best in Africa,it means that Nigeria is their God for traditional dance,go and verify. You must have known that the giant of Africa by population must have something different compare with country with low population

    Tip for the future, there are MANY tribes out there with very unique dances. Try not to rank them next time based on your view of beauty and grace, it can be offensive and I would encourage you to do more research. Don't just pick the popular ones. For example, the kabye people of my Country Togo have kondona, the ga people have kpanlogo, and we ewe people also have Atsiagbekor, akpesse and Gahu. Botswana has setapa, Congo has Rumba lingala, There's a lot to choose from. If you're truly trying to spread cultures then take my advice.

    I don't understand why you didn't include raqs sharqi, the original belly dancing from Egypt that has existed since the times of pharaohs.

    Must say how refreshing it is to see black men and women smile and enjoy their culture. Too many blacks here in America dont smile and have a culture of destruction. African women are so beautiful and graceful. Wow

      Can’t blame them, they’ve been mistreated in America for too long from slavery until today. Lots of healing and progress needed there.

      Yeah, sad how too many fail to see the good parts of our culture and either don't know or don't care know anything about our heritage. If more people actually cared about being of African descent we'd eliminate the ignorant and destructive behavior that's sadly pervasive in our community. How embarrassing that our ancestors fought so hard to survive and pass on this stuff, only for so many of our people to ignore and deny it.

      I agree with you! There are hundreds of traditional dances that still needs coverage. In africa, a single tribe would have about more than 3 different dance types, each with its specific meaning. BEST seem to be a misinformation and an insult to us

      What drums or instruments are played with this dance?

    • @onkarabilenato2967
      @onkarabilenato2967 9 месяцев назад

      We don't rely on drums to make sound, clapping and stomp does that, however there are dances that have drumming like hosanna, seperu, diware, borankana etc so just that you have seen one side you can't be asking as if you are from here. This is about dances not drum performance.
