I am trying to develop an APEX app where different uses collaborate on data collection. Each user has responsibility for a section, and we collate the sections to form one record. We want to be able to monitor completion to see who is lazy LOL. Can you explain in the abstract the best way to do this? One record with everything, permissions. Or each person with their own copy of application. Some problems we have is data collection offline, people duplicating efforts (for example we record times of arrival, time of delivery of product). Thanks for help with any of this!

Go to Microsoft, Amazon, VMware, IBM or any company offering free cloud space and see if you can do it without a credit card. You cannot.
