I just got my Cargobob and picked up a sub and went over there xD
I have Gta on ps4 and the rail gun isn't even in stores

to the railgun you must have had a ps3 account with psn, so you logg in that account on your PS4 and play gta v, then after you di the mission minor turbulence it will be at the ammunation store

You don't need to bother with the dinghy just swim down, if you run out of air switch to a different character and back again, health and air will be replenished
Instead of driving the boet get a cargobob and pick up a sub and drop it in the oceon where the plane crashed and find the rail gun it easier that way
Actually, you don't need the dinghy. There's a submarine next to Sandy shores airfield. All you need to do is buy a cargobob and bring the submarine to the Alamo sea
Didn't even know this was a weapon! I'll find it and see if this is true lol.
its better to activate the invincibility cheat than travelling so far
it's like if an RPG and shotgun had a kid
i do exactly what you do but no railgun
but when i try the mod that you can change the weather
spawn car weapon you can actully get the railgun easily!

Man when I got to the location of aircraft the damn gun wasn't their even as a bonus at the shooting range.
You can't buy ammo before you can buy the gun and then you can just buy the gun!
i had this on gta online while stealing supplies

Like every other RUclipsr with the rail gun you forgot to mention its for returning players only who have bought the game before on PS3 or 360 if you havent done that there will be no rail gun

I had a rail gun in online and no idea how i got it but it showed up on my wheel sometimes then other times i couldnt get it to show. I used it until there were no more cartridges and now i cant get it back.
Or u can pick up the submarine in trevor airport with the helicopter and drop it on the lake i think its quicker

Or u could just use the invincibility cheat to go underwater right after it crashes and then u wouldn't have to all the way across the map and back

The railgun and the axe are only for people who had GTA V on ps3/xbox 360 before they got it on PS4/XB1/PC

you have to be a returning player like if you have a gta online account on ps3 or xbox 360 then you have to move to next gen console like ps4 and xbox one and login with the same account then the railgun would be given to you as a bonus. I hope this would be useful for all of you.

guys to see the rail gun here the steps 1. have a rock star account 2. have GTA on ps3 and ps4 or Xbox one and Xbox 360 3. connect your rockstar account from ps3 to ps4 or Xbox 360 to Xbox one 4. go on the your ps4 or xbox one 5. go to the shooting range 6. do the bonus 7. buy it by the way u will unlock the Axe to. like if this help
