Thanx Lauren. Fun exercise. Five stars. Loved the variety of benefits addressed. And the duration- under a half hour is optimal. Little problem was speed. To always follow we often needed the reflexes of a cat. The challenge made me chuckle but some participants might get slightly discouraged. No as simple as it looks. A pre-exercise pep talk might be in order. I'll likely be crossing my arms and clapping my hands in my sleep tonight. Just noticed I also did this session about a month ago and commented then.

It seems like the short classes really work for you Marcel!! That is wonderful to hear. Thanks for the feedback re: the speed and challenge of this class. We wonder if you were clapping your hands in your sleep after doing this class?!

Thanks Lauren for an exciting nd challenging exercise. I was struggling with coordination. But I like all 3 exercises. I will be practicing these exercises a lot.

Hi Grace - thanks for your comments. Yes, this takes coordination but really it takes focus and memory so what we are really working on here is strengthening your brain. I think once you practice a few times you will find it a great deal easier (and more fun) Stick with it and see how much better you get at it. Thanks for your comments.

Thank you Carolyn - I find people tend to focus on what they find most challenging. For some they say the patterns are the hardest part for some its the balance for others its the contralateral movements. Whatever it is you need to work on go for it and get better. Keep up the good work Carolyn and thanks for checking in.

@@laurenlewis6969 To me, the patterns are the most fun & also the most challenging. Doing these exercises helps my balance problems so much. Thanks again.

@@carolynk2 Carolyn - thank you for your comments. YES - I love the patterns. It makes me laugh at myself when I see how many mistakes I make until I get it but I know I am strengthening my brain and memory and multi-tasking so I stick with it. 👍👍

Fun exercise, music always helps to keep in time. Which exercises help with tremor which is dominant for me, although much less apparent when exercising.

Many people tell me their tremors are less apparent while exercising and often after. It can be very individual. Thank you for your hard work and for your positive attitude.

Thanx Lauren-phew! Notice posting of upcoming drills with explanations is a good idea. I knew this was going to be good- if I could keep up with you. I was a few steps behind but managing. And 25 or so minutes is perfect.
The cognitive part was most challenging. During those taps and claps I realized my legs were not moving at all. Upon reflection I came to the conclusion that it is a physical impossibility to do both the hands and the feet simultaneously. In his good days even Arnold Schwarzenneger would freeze. He would probably shout, "Ve moof"- to no avail.
Near the end I was wondering whether you would be doing your trademark repetitions of everything. I said to myself, "It's getting late-no way." You did not disappoint us.
The funniest part was that flash notice reading, "you're doing great". Optimism always welcome.
Overall the challenge was enjoyable as always. And we all come away better for it by giving it our best shot.

Marcel - thank you so much for your comments. For this type of exercise because it requires not just the body but a lot of brain power, 25 minutes is a good amount of time. If you want/need more you can start from the beginning or put on your own music and do it over and over again. Thank you Marcel!
