The best feature is that you can put a cushion on the bottom and throw a fur rug over it and use it as a mobile throne for holding court over your local day ticket.
This style trolley has been around for years, had one myself when I started out. With the rod bag on your back they are perfect for day trips to a commercial or park lake with a flat track around it. The down side as with all 2 wheel designs, both pull and push, is you can't keep them level when the terrain becomes uneven or cambered and its surprising how easily they turn over when loaded!
i have had this trolley since about 2018/19 and use it on public transport ( train+ buses ) + up and down stairs + roads and also had my rod holddall 3up/3down + my bivviy as well on there along with fishing gear and have always use bunggees to keep all my gear on the trolley no matter what type of fishing im doing and how long im out for day/night
Great little trolly , have adapted mine by adding a metal shelf at the bottom , Velcro to hold in place and this gets more kit and less on top to add. This makes weight better plus you can add a piece on top for a table or chair👍
I’ve had one for over a year now and I get my bivy on there the lot, I have to pull it for over a mile to my local since I don’t drive, the trolly gets over rough fields and up and down curb stones with ease, it’s been a life saver to me I couldn’t go night fishing without it, the exercise of pulling it a mile knackers me out but it’s a great workout haha ✌🏻❤️🎣
NGT have come on in leaps and bounds over the last couple of years. All of my luggage is NGT and I have their 2 wheel barrow. Easily competes with the tackle tart so called top flight brands.
Been using one of these for 2 seasons and had no issues .just make sure the thumbscrews are done hand tight as they be pretty easy to lose .It's a good compromise if u match and carp fish just add some decent bungees and can carry a good payload 👍
The amount he carried around is about as much as you could carry! One of the items was his scope recon rucksack! With a bivvy, bedchair, sleeping bag, etc it'll be crammed and you'll still have to do 2 trips!
Great video thanks. I bought this trolley based on your video. One question is how does the trolley stay closed when packed done? lastly when closing the side bars and closing it does not close flat properly, poossibly this is in the design
I think ngt done a great job on this but i think ngt should bring out a 3rd wheel option or even a double wheels options so if u are carrying a lot of kit i.e say for a 3day session then u could attach on a 3rd wheel near under where the handle is or attach a 2 wheels on so it can be easier to push and cuz u have attached the extra wheel or wheels then it means all u have to do is just push it. Thanks
Had one Very similar for years absolutely love it even load it up and put it in the car l have a focus mark 4 straight out away now should get some credit for this but I won't l have electric wheels working of a battery easy
I have a very silmilar trolley and used to use it years ago at a venue with a really steep climb to the lake, this style is actually much easier to pull your gear up a hill. Granted you may need a couple of trips but far easier than trying to push a barrow.
I bought this as a replacement i find it to heavy and and when you put your rodhold in place it weighs down on you when pulling it hits you on head . Needs to be made a lot lighter and better thought where your rodhold goes
I've owned one for a couple of years now. They're OK, but unlike a barrow you can't fit them in a car easily without dropping the backseats. My Ford Mundeno's boot is huge, but still can't get it in there without dropping at least the smaller of the split seats which isn't ideal when taking kids and a dog too.
You did. It’s a match barrow, in the vintage style, which were suitcase trolleys basically. Now match barrows are purpose made and are better than any carp barrow on the market! I’ve been getting funny looks for years. Can’t believe Korda haven’t sprayed a guru one green. They re the same company ffs!😂
Bought one about 2 years ago for £85 new. Used it twice and sold for £40. Waste of time. Doesn't fold flat, every moving part that touches another part will wear the paint off then rust. Wheels are a prick to get off with them silly clips. Rods fall off the shelf on a bump and then you run them over because you're looking ahead. If you're not a midget you have to stoop a bit too. Overall just pants.
Have a very similar trolley and made a big mistake buying it. This design might suit a match lad or a pleasure angler walking round a commercial. But to any specimen hunter/carper steer clear. You will break ur ankle every 3rd step as trolley hits your feet! It falls over a lot and is basically just not the design for natural wild waters. Imo
These are Absolutely crap. If you put a full size rod bag in the front you struggle to pull the trolly or get hit around the head with it. It's been out some years. This is my personal opinion!
Maybe just me and certainly not just you , but why on earth do you put out these advertising videos before the product is on general sale , surely up you are loosing sales when people like me go on eBay to get some and there’s nothing on there yet….??? Why not put this out the day we can all get it ??
The best feature is that you can put a cushion on the bottom and throw a fur rug over it and use it as a mobile throne for holding court over your local day ticket.
It would need a korda logo for that
@@secretagentrandybeans7533 Or Delkim ;)
@@secretagentrandybeans7533 What about a Fishing with Carl sticker?

What a superb review. Presentation and coverage of the trolley was spot on.
Great job Sir.
Less than £90 on e-bay. £100 to £140 everywhere else.

Lmao there’s no way ur taking a fully loaded carp trolley on a bus
Im planning on getting this for the bus. Lol

Hey Paul, what are the wheels like? Are they inflated with valves etc or solid?
I've got this trolley and it's absolutely perfect for a day's fishing
A fantastic, compact trolley.. very quick to set up and pack down. 👍🏻🙂🎣
I just seen this Feb 4 and ordered one ,,😊
Could get around ASDA double time with this…..that’s the Mrs birthday present sorted 👍

Does the bivvy sit vertically like the rods ?

Couldn't resist, just bought one... look great!
How much Steve?
Hi, are the tires solid or do they need pumping up occasionally. Ideally I want something that doesn’t get punctures.
Fully loaded on the flat no problem bit of a camber on the paths bit of a struggle to keep it upright with full set of rods,
The amount he carried around is about as much as you could carry! One of the items was his scope recon rucksack! With a bivvy, bedchair, sleeping bag, etc it'll be crammed and you'll still have to do 2 trips!
Very comprehensive review. Sold it to me
Had to find something that fit in the boot of my car, this was it. Fold almost flat, easy to push or pull around.
Great video thanks. I bought this trolley based on your video. One question is how does the trolley stay closed when packed done? lastly when closing the side bars and closing it does not close flat properly, poossibly this is in the design
I use a bungee cord to hold mine together when packed flat
Thanks for the review, how do you think this would cope with a fully loaded blue Shakespeare box over sand and shingle please?
Looks ideal for day sessions, possibly could even put a cushion on it and use as your chair,
I've broken two lightweight trolleys in the past. This is what I've been looking for.

Looks like a very useful trolly. Clever 👍
We all used something similar in the 70’s and 80’s. Seat box on the bottom, rest of the stuff on top.

Looks good I don't carry to much a rod holdall with everything in it a box and chair with a collapsible carp mat/bath and a bag for food n drink

My gran would love this
Rodholder upsite down?
Tyres have valves , you don’t want them solid as it would be too rigid. Hope this helps
Would anyone recommend one of these for camping?
If you are still looking definetely
Perfectly good on flat even ground, BUT on uneven ground it will become unbalanced and The whole thing will TWIST and fall over Tackle en all !!!
you can get the same think from sea king £35
That's pretty cool!
I always use this type of trolly for my day sessions. So much easier than pushing a barrow.
Swear I had one of these when I was younger!

Was gone buy this ended up buying jrc compact borrow.look good tho
alright..how much did they pay you?
£90 quid! Pretty much double the cost of the standard trolley. Robbing bastards they can keep it.
Use a 4 wheel match barrow. Worth every penny.

It has veen use in surfcasting for lots of years …
Match Barrow. Thank me later 👌

NGT get such a hard time and it's really not deserved

Was expecting it to be half that in price coming from NGT. May appeal to some but I think £89 seems a little too much.
Ummm errrr ummm 😂
These have been out for donkeys years match fisherman use them lol

Had another brand who made the same, absolutely rubbish, for carp anglers on a unlevel bank they end up in the lake, with your kit.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 lets see how much more we can rip the carp Angeler off rubbish
