Very practical car in term of economy and driving..suitable for all group people rich, poor, family man, single man, regular driver etc...but unsuitable for racer..those are should take myvi the king of road.
Saga 100%, reliable Hyundai 4AT and no shitty Punch CVT. The main thing its lacking is torque and airbags, both of which are complete acceptable for its price point and 5year warranty Edit: also no foot air-conditioning (for whatever reason) which is the most annoying thing about the new Saga imo
The Waja is still a higher segment of car, dynamically more balanced, and has better power. But if I'm to compare this to the 2nd-gen Saga FL in my house hold now, big leap.
I like everything about saga mc2 but the dimwit gearbox. Man it's slow & doesn't like downshifting a lot. S mode barely make a difference. Not a good city car. The response of 4at in bezza & axia is much more liveable. Don't get me started on the campro vvt's torque curve... lacklustre torque at 2000 to 3000 rpm.
This gearbox and engine were never made for each other. The VVT system should have eliminated the famed Campro torque dip, but I guess that's the engine's natural character
@@KonWaiLuen true. The gearbox is fine actually (if same as Picanto's coz I test drove Picanto before & it was responsive & smooth). The engine is really the Achilles heel. Yes sir Kon, Campro VVT definitely addressed the infamous torque dip (even IAFM module already did that, I was ex-owner of Persona SV). But Campro IAFM & Campro VVT never felt 'lively' at low revs, in city commute. Maybe it was the inherent design of the engine that made it the way it is. I guess a throttle controller is a must addition lah for Saga 🤭
It's only lack AEB function otherwise they pretty much the same, and those AEB only on AV bezza which priced nearly RM 50k. If you compare bezza x & saga premium which are about same price, they have pretty much same safety equipment. So is not a big different in terms safety considering saga is cheaper.
9:57 that slot I believe initially meant for the headlight adjustment scroll switch, for export models.
One thing that this saga misses is usb slot for dashcam near rearview mirror, like persona and iriz mc2
2 thing, another one is LED headlamp

Proton kena ready stok saga..ramai yg nak beli saga ni.sya pun sdg menungu stok..

Proton is the best
Im considering this vs Bezza
Kon, I’m considering between this Saga and an Iriz 1.6. Which would you recommend?
buy both n u go make some YT review = profitz

In retrospective, how is it compared to your previously owned Waja?

does the boot have internal lock release button?
the type that prevent kidnap or for emergency escape
I don't remember seeing this feature
13:26 fuel economy?
Eon Automobile Pls Put Enjin 1.6cc persona, Dashboard Persona in to Saga and 16 inci Sport Rim too🙏🙏🙏😀✌
Minyak ada murah tak proton ni
Mr Kon cherry picking the chassis strength, ending the video with the premise that he was defending the cars reputation as a motoring budget.
left signal & right wiper. oh no
Sadly didn't update passive safety to 6 airbags...
This is bad 😔
sebab nak kekalkan harga bawah 45k,kalau ada 6 airbag, mesti lagi mahal

A segment car, what do you expect? Better get a B segment Persona if you want more airbags and safety
need 6 airbag but don't want spend more money, just buy persona la haiyaa

Safety really lacks behind perodua bezza

If your safety is determined by the spec on paper, you are right. But Bezza is for sure more milo tin than this saga.
Whats the point if bezza got safety system if its handling still far behind than proton. All peroduas still drive like sampan.
@@anandsamy5194 ikr, imagine spending 10k modifications on bezza just to get handling near to a Saga
