Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar (130 gm)
1/3 cup oil ( 65gm)
1/3 cup dahi (90gm )
1 tsp vanilla essence
Whisk properly
1 cup maida (refined flour ) (140 gm)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gm)
1/2 cup milk
Bake at 180’C for 35-40 min
1 lt milk
1/2 cup (65 gm ) sugar ( you can add more according to your taste )
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
