I also have this machine, the problem is that this machine can only print PLA. I still couldn't print PETG or any material that have higher melting Temp, because of the clogging issue. So maybe if you find a way to fix this please let me know.

I have the machine only for few days (this was one of the first prints with that machine ever) but I print PETG without any issue in non-modified machine with top on and doors closed ..
This is first test left: black PETG - devils design or creality I do not remember, right: PLA - SUNLU: ruclips.net/video/8eJmH1nEQxk/видео.html
not a very good camera angle but successfull print ... here is cleaning that print: ruclips.net/video/HB7pKGj0tTM/видео.html
and here you can see temperature tower with PETG - JAMG HE - BLACK

So while I have the machine for quite a short time, PETG works ok for now, I printed around 600g of PETG so far only. I am waiting hardened nozzle to arrive so I can test PETG-CF and PA-CF, and while waiting for it I will try pure nylon (PA) and polycarbonate (PC) and maybe some ABS, but main reason I got me an IDEX is PETG-CF + PLA and PETG + PLA as I use PLA as cheap support for PETG that is easy to remove
temp tower is printed from orca slicer, default J1 profile, only change - bed temp 85C
dunno what type of clogging you get and with what slicer / profile, maybe you need to print faster and lower the amount of retraction

Are you printing PETG at atleast 230°c?
